    They used to be Altell and we had Altell forever. We've been with them a little over a year. They have always been good to us. Their prices are competitive but you just have to shop around. We haven’t had any problems. They respond pretty quickly. We will continue to use them.

    I pay them $240 a month for three phones, for unlimited data, calling and texts.  I don’t have drop calls.  They give me pretty fast service while I am down loading any apps.  I chose them because there are some areas that they have service where nobody else does.

    I’ve been happy with them.  The only problem that we have is that my brother works in an area that doesn’t have good cell phone service but it’s like that for all the providers.  My son was having problems with dropped calls but he doesn’t have that problem anymore; it’s better now.

    Recently we upgraded our wireless phones to smartphones and needed to purchase a data plan. We found Verizon's data limits and data costs to be expensive when compared to Sprint. We have switched to Sprint because it has unlimited data plan. We like Verizon's quality of service, just wished they had gone a different route on shared data minutes.

    Verizon is high, they charge a lot. We are stuck with them because my children and grandchildren are all on Verizon so it is easy to talk to them. If everybody switched, I would switch. We don't lose or drop calls but we get inaudible calls. You just can't hear it and it is just better to hang up and call again.

    They have been taking the payments off my credit card each month. When my card's date changed, THEY TOOK ALL OF MY MINUTES AWAY. OVER $360 MINUTES WORTH! I called them and told them that I am on fixed income and can't afford to have them STEAL OVER $360 FROM ME. They promised to call, but didn't. I called them again, going through the whole thing again with another person. She seem very kind and understanding, and promised someone would get back to me. Three weeks later, NO CALL, AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY. I THINK IT IS WRONG THAT THIS COMPANY CAN TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING FOR IT. THAT IS STEALING.

    Participated in a buyout program. The sprint store took my phone then I was supposed to get a credit and and amex card. The credit has magically disappeared and I never got my amex card. Furthermore. The place was supposed to be half off for 6 GB of data. I ended up getting 3 GB of data and not for half off. Now my original phone is gone (which I could have sold) and I'm stuck with horrible reception and the worst customer service.

    We purchased a prepaid AT&T card for 500 minutes. In bold letters on the card, it stated that the card was for 500 minutes. In very small print, it noted that calls within a state would be charged at a higher rate. In practice, our 500 minute card is actually a 170 minute card within the state of Michigan. We view this practice as very deceptive. Customer service was terrible. AT&T forces you to talk to a machine before getting to a human being in on the other side of the globe.
