    They are very good. They keep you happy. Our salesmen, John DesOrmeau, is excellent. He was really helpful and knowledgable. He's friendly. He doesn't give you a run around. He tells you the truth, he's not high pressure at all. He's great. Bill Brown, we've found does an excellent job. You take it in for something and they even wash your car for you. John DesOrmeau has been doing this a long time, we've been going to him for 20 years. He is that way because he told us that you get more business that way then if you try to high pressure somebody. You may get one sale but this way he's got us, he's got our son and our daughter-in-law. He just does good work.

    They were standard manufacture warranty. They're great. I've dealt with them for 15 years. The price is standard. They're very punctual.  The workers are good. The sales process takes about an hour. The waiting room is beautiful. I would tell others I have never had an issue with them, they are A's across the board.

    We've been Atchison customers forever. Since I got my very first car which was a 2000 Taurus. Jason Fuchs is absolutely the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. They're always fast always friendly always courteous. I can't say enough wonderful things about this business. We bought eight new cars from Jason and if you never had anything but a fantastic experience.

    The price was pretty good, but there were promises made that weren't kept and parts were removed from the trailer when we went to pick it back up.
    Specifically, I had gone there on Sunday when they were closed and took a ton of pictures, including all the parts for the weight distributing hitch that was in the storage in the trailer.  When I went to pick it up, the hitch had been removed from the storage, and the salesman indicated that the hitch actually belonged to his cousin.  Then he tried to resell me the same hitch, saying it was his own personal hitch. My photos confirmed after the fact that it was the same hitch that had been removed from the trailer earlier.
    The trailer itself was fine - had a couple issues I would expect with a used trailer.  I left a message asking if they would do anything to help but never heard back from them.  I ended up fixing the issues myself rather than try to get anything out of these guys.
    We also negotiated free storage for 90 days, but every time we tried to take the trailer to the storage area, it was full. Ended up paying for storage elsewhere.
    I wouldn't do business with them again.  If I did, I would be very watchful and extra vigilant about everything.

    They have been so incredible to my parents who always bought from them. They have always done wonderful. About 4 years ago my mom came out of the church to find someone had spray painted her car fluorescent orange and they took the car from her and had 5 people working on it and had it all come off and did not charge a dime for it to make up for whoever did that to her. Those are the people they are. They have a quick link for things like an oil change. It is a very good place to go.

    Some relatively minor issues:
    Shouldn't this seat issue been caught in the and quot;172 Point Inspectionand quot; ? Apparently seats weren't included.
    I made the service appointment on the web on the weekend. When I got in
    line in the write-up area Monday morning, it wasn't in there system. The
    service writer said something about it not working on weekends. I
    didn't realize that computers took the weekend off. Seems a little silly
    that I can't schedule a Monday appointment on the preceding weekend.
    They didn't have the part and had to order it. I understand this, but is was
    somewhat inconvenient to have to return on Friday for the repair.
    Previously I had some engine diagnostic work and a recall fix on my old Ranger.
    The mechanic found the issue and the truck ran great afterwards. The recall fix (cruise control harness) was super-quick, they were done before I could finish a cup of coffee in the waiting room.

    Beware of shady sales techniques for purchase or leases. Sales didn't want to quote me a price as I told him I wanted to check another dealership. He told me to go ahead and get a price and he would beat whatever offer I got. I got the competiting price and the salesman said he couldn't match it, but if I was really serious and definetly ready to buy he might be able to save me a bit of money (on what price I don't know). I went to Dwyer Subaru where I found out they don't trade vehicles with Glassman due to probelms with their sales tactics. So if I wanted the red car, Glassman didn't have it and really couldn't get it.

    Young Joe was responsive in coming out to the lot to talk to me shortly after my arrival. Test drove the car and he promptly followed up by calling me the next date. Unfortunately for him I preferred the Subaru Outback.

    Very lowkey, pleasant, professional. No shady sales techiniques like Glassman Automotive. All the sales people I dealt with were very professional, from making sure I was waited on, to helping explain the paperwork while my salesperson was busy with another customer. I bought the car from Doug Utz who gave me a contact for car insurance who gave me great rates for cars, trailer and home. And they were all very nice and attentive to my dog - of course they were, it is Subaru! My nephew also had great experiences with them on the Volvo side.

    I looked at the cars in the lot trying to familiarize myself with the RAV4. I was willing to somewhat overlook recent Toyota problems (safety and PR). No saleman come out, so I had to go inside to get a brochure. The floor manager or sales manager was arrogant, way too self-assured. A couple of young saleman were standing around seemingly not with a client. I mentioned to the manager that Honda and Subaru had salesman much quicker to get outside when they saw a customer. His replied was "They are desperate." Well, I think Toyota needs to try harder especially in view of their recent problems with crashing cars.
