The only critique I have is that his assistant did not clean up debris and dust that well. I spent an extra 30 min mopping and wiping down. Tom told him several times and he didn't do a good job. However, my experience was good. I will definitely recommend this company.- D P.

Picked up everything he took off and even dried up the floor.WOW talk about doing an excellent job all the way.I am hard to please but this man did his job top notch.Oh and by the way he wore a respirator the whole time he was here to protect himself and me.I can't answer more from a company who acted so fast and replaced my hot water heater.I give this company 100 stars.- William N.

DCregger Plumbing, Heating & Coolingseemed to be installed ok and working. recently (almost 3 years) I noticed heavy corrosion at the outlet on top. called them to have it properly repaired since something wasnt done properly when installed. they want $300 to fix their own mistake. why would i pay twice to get the job done right, and whats to say it wont happen again in 3 years. it is a simple joint in the plumbing!!- Gary S.

AHarmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FHe showed on time. To do several light fixtures and to go to one switch. Also a motion sensor. All parts were provided by me. I went to push my garage door. I heard a crack sound. And it blows in my panel. I called him and he came back. He checks the wiring and the electrical box. He tried to say it was a different issue. Like it was nothing he did. I had no problem with my garage door. I was insulted and he had no way of checking this problem. Come to find out he was not certified for electrical. I felt I was mislead that he can do the work.
