They have been excellent. They are kind, compassionate and give the best care for your animals. They give an honest opinion and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Dickman Road Veterinary Clinic
This was a terrible experience. My dog was attacked and bitten multiple times. When I brought her in, they missed several injuries and only took care of a couple. The missed injures became infected. I called the clinic multiple times and was just told not to worry. The infection became a serious abscess. When I called the office again, they said it was too close to closing time and they would not help me. The abscess ruptured overnight and I took her in the next day. She was lucky to have survived the abscess rupturing. She required additional surgery; a large area had to be completely excised. Later, when I took her in for the suture removal, she experienced serious pain. She was crying, vomiting and shaking. I called the clinic, told them everything and, once again, I was told it was too close to closing time and they would not help me. I asked if I could speak to a Doctor and he was out of the office. No one else could help me. I finally had to beg, in tears, to get some pain pills for Kit. I was told that, if I could get to the office in 20 minutes, they would give me some pain pills. They would not wait for me if I was late. I was told the Doctor would call me to check on Kit the next day. He called five days later! This patient care was so bad that I considered Malpractice.

Crystal is an amazing trainer, she is a dog lover first and uses that to train the pups using positive reinforcement rather than negative like shock collars or things of that nature. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend the personal sessions. You better book your time slot fast she she will fill up quickly.

    Haslett Animal Hospital
Dr. Abby Harris was amazing. very respectful even though my dog was very sick and is as good as she is going to get. I want to keep her comfortable for the rest of her life with me and the doctor totally understood. the doctor returns calls in a timely fashion and called the next day to check in on my girl. I know my sweet girl is not going to last as long as I would like, but to have a doctor with an empathetic bedside manner certainly helps. Susan

    Little Angels Pet Sitting
Little Angels Pet Sitting is amazing! My dog LOVES staying there! It's comforting to know your dog is left in a home environment and not in a kennel. She's spoiled with love from Theresa's family, and she especially loves their dog, Kylo. After a couple of sleepovers, she knows her way around and has claimed the chair in the master bedroom as her spot:) Theresa is great about sending you updates and pictures of your dog throughout their stay. She is also very accomodating to your needs. I would not take my dog anywhere else as I know my dog will be well taken care of and loved!

    WAVERLY ANIMAL HOSPITAL PC
I had this cat for 8 years so very familiar w/ vomiting; Dr. treated me as if I didn't know anything about her or cats in general. Wanted to start with expensive blood test that was basically only to assess blood nutrients (RBCs). I consented but then they came back &told me she was 'difficult' so they couldn't get enough blood from her, but still wanted me to pay for analyzing the blood they did get, but they didn't even do the MAIN REASON for taking blood in the 1st place. She's a 10-lb cat! Total incompetence. Turned out she had advanced cancer but didn't learn that from them as I'll NEVER go back! W/ another cat, basically told me cat was being finicky because refused to eat and it was just before closing time. Turned out that cat ALSO had cancer &I paid close to $3k for emergency surgery &then autopsy.

    Critter Care
Holly rocks! Just prior to leaving on vacation, our dog had some health issues. Thinking we had to cancel going to our brother's wedding, we discussed everything with Holly, and she agreed to help us deal with our pooch's problems. She was excellent! She provided medication three times per day, and gave our dog plenty of loving as well. Got home to a happy pooch. We have relied on Holly for years, and if not for her, we wouldn't have felt comfortable leaving our beloved Merry. Thank you, Holly!

    Beverly's Pet Resort
They are wonderful! You can tell the people who work there love all the dogs, they take the effort to get to know you and your pets. Now, you know it is a great place when they have had the same staff for 12 years. The place is "always clean" and Kevin, the owner, is very nice. Sad to say, we are moving to Michigan and must find a new kennel. I know it won't even come close to the care Othello, has gotten at Beverly's.
