I'm very happy with the choices made in the kitchen layout, the cabinets and fixtures along with the counter tops. I love the lighting they chose in the kitchen, too! The sun room is gorgeous and inviting. This is an older home and I appreciate how they preserved much of the historic qualities while still bringing it up to date and making it very comfortable to live in. The carpet, the wood flooring and the paint choices in every room are very tasteful, modern and easy to decorate around. I honestly couldn't be happier and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. It is a family owned business and I felt like the attention they paid to details was very personal. AAfter receiving three bids, we decided to work with Brad and Lauri of Carpentry Plus and we are so glad we did. The remodel was comprised of about 2/3 of our downstairs space including the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, 1/2 bath and the adjoining hallway, plus the flooring in our foyer and sunporch. We were extremely happy with the quality of their work, the consistent professionalism and thoughtful care and advice as we worked through a complex project. The work included removal of walls, reworking air runs, lots of wood working including matching colors, installing new cabinets and countertops, new flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing and new windows. Carpentry Plus provided many great ideas, was flexible, which was necessary as the project took place during the COVID-19 shut-down and treated our project as if it was their own home. We have already signed up for some additional projects with them and expect that Carpentry Plus to be our go-to contractor in the future.

APalmer has worked all over our neighborhood and provided examples of their work .. neighbors were pleased to discuss and were uniformly enthusiastic. So we hired them. On time, in budget. Foreman checked in often on the job. Tradesmen were able, friendly, informative, and cleaned up the site when they left (except for sawdust that was under the snow!) I'm already getting myself on their schedule for more work.

Before I started my business back in 1993 I started in apartment maintenance in 1978 and supervised all major building repairs and up grades. I love what I do. I specialize in jobs that one man can do. *** My office is open Mon.- Fri. 7:00 AM - 9:00Am for phone calls and appointment setting. *** Most messages left after 9:00AM are followed on and returned the next business day. *** I start most all jobs between 11:00AM - 11:30 AM. I don't eat lunch, or take the time for one.
