  • The installation on day one went ok but after I had then installed I had 2 of the 4 lenses fog over. I returned to tas and they told me that it wasnt caused by there installation which I find hard to believe. My truck goes through a car wash 4-5 times a week and never had a problem. The first time it rains my lamps fog over. I have complained multiple times and Im still waiting for them to make it right.

  • We leased a 2012 Chrysler 200 a year and a half ago. We just returned from a trip to Indiana and attempted to use the in-dash GPS for travel instructions. Before we even left the Toledo area, the system instructed us to make what we knew were wrong turns into divisions instead of keeping us on the main road. Needless to say, we ignored those directions. We had serious problems when we got into the Indianapolis area. The system informed us that there were large areas where there was no digital map (these are areas that have been in existence since the 1970's). When it was again online, the GPS sent us 20 miles in the wrong direction. This system has obviously not been upgraded and/or corrected in years.
    Upon our uneventful return (relying this time on a hand-held GPS) to the Toledo area, we contacted Grogan to request an upgrade on the faulty system and were informed that it would cost us $150-200 to have it upgraded. Keep in mind that the system was definitely out of date when we leased the car. No different than leasing a residence and being require to pay for a faulty heating system! Rather than paying the extortion, we will put the money toward a better personal GPS and will never deal with either Chrysler or Grogan again.
    If a company cannot stand behind their products, they do not deserve our business.

  • They do a really good job for us. We always go there. They are very good, they are good discussing the problem with you. They don't really push anything. They are willing to work with you. We just like them in any way possible that you can deal with a company like that.

  • My husband had some auto body work.  He was in an accident.  We were delighted because the quote was under the insurance quote.  The insurance quote was a higher amount and they came under their quote.  I would definitely use them in the future.

  • This fuel leak was very large; it had made a 3 x 7 foot wet spot on my driveway after a few start attempts -- quite dangerous.  Normally I do most of my own auto repairs, but I could see the tank needed to be removed, which is a nasty job with the car on jacks at home and not very safe.   I called the shop and they quickly arranged towing, called me with an estimate, and performed the work same day.   Price was not "bargain basement" cheap, but it was reasonable for the amount of work.  I was very pleased with their service, they were cordial, and overall experience was great.  I think this is a trustworthy shop.  I will go back for the next job I don't want to tackle (and maybe go that way a little more often than in the past.)

  • I've used their services on and off for two years now. They seem proficient working on a BMW. They're a little bit pricey but they do a good job.
