    Contacted and received quote. Movers showed up with a large trailer instead of a moving truck. They had to make two trips, instead of one. My solid oak headboard was gouged in the move. Doug told me he had a friend who could repair and I would not know it had been damaged. Tried calling/contacting several times. Finally received a text that he was coming back from Florida and would contact me as soon as possible. That was a month ago. I���ve continued to call and send messages requesting a response, to no avail. Very disappointed with communication and follow through.

    Shady company, use someone else, 0 stars out of 5, where do I begin? Packing took 4 days and could have only taken 3. Overheard movers saying to slow down the packing because they would finish too quickly. They were milking the clock until they had the clock out time they wanted, on their time. I���m sorry, but I thought I was the customer. Multiple furniture items were damaged and scrapped including a ripped off chunk of wood on the bottom of one of my dressers. A massive scrap on my entertainment cabinet. Two massive deep scraps and damaged wood corners of my ping pong table. My husband���s desk had a broken piece of wood that is split in half near the bottom. Also, my Dyson Vacuum that costs around $800 was completely broken. And a bunch of other little nicks on various other pieces of furniture. Seemed like the movers didn���t take careful care of bigger furniture items. The packers themselves were relatively nice other than they came to work completely trashed from the night before. One man in particular looked like he hasn���t slept in days and was clearly evident he was doing cocaine the night before and most likely the morning of. Another one was still drunk from the night before drinking 2 fifths as one of the movers explained to me. So if you want functioning alcoholics and cocaine using degenerate���s handling your belongings, go ahead. Just very unprofessional. I can see why I had so many careless scraps on my furniture and walls from boxes and furniture pieces scrapping the walls. Not to mention the hardwood floors being scrapped to all **** because they didn���t lay down the proper floor protection, and yet alone walk on it. Also had an item stolen and they deny they stole it. I am a medical marijuana user and had a bong pipe out. One of the packers named Eric, claimed he could pack it up for me so I wouldn���t have to take it in my car. So I thought, hey one less item to pack in my car! His words exactly ���Oh I���ll make sure it���s packed up real nicely for you��� with a smug look on his face. I was called downstairs from another packer to check on an item. When I came back upstairs, the item (bong) was gone so I just assumed he took care of it and packed it (but he really just stole it for himself and probably put it in his car while I was downstairs). Fast forward to when I unpacked everything, that particular item was nowhere to be found. I emailed Allied to report the several damaged items and my missing pipe. They emailed me back saying they have no idea where the bong is and then proceeded to explain that they���re not allowed to pack paraphernalia on the truck and that it was my responsibility to have packed it. So why didn���t they tell me this in the first place? First of all that���s basically an excuse to just steal that item. Its 2018, that pipe can be said to be of tobacco use and you can still move it. I���m not stupid. So from what I take it, is that pipe never made it on the truck and was just basically stolen from the guy that packed it for me. Now onto the damaged items. I was never asked what package of insurance I wanted for my furniture in the instance that if they were damaged how I would be reimbursed. So when I sent in the pictures of all my damaged furniture and belongings, I was sent back that I would be compensated by the weight of the items and not the actual value of said items. So for my $800 Dyson vacuum they said it was 35lbs and that I would only get $21 for it to be fixed��� I���m sorry but that is not how it works. That is completely undermining the value of the product that should have never been broken in the first place if it was properly taken care of. And the response was that the basic packaged that I picked and it���s based on weight of the item and not the value. So I basically only get $400 back when the damages were around $1,500+. Just very poor customer service. I was never given the option of what package to pick for damages. So moral of the story, if you like to be taken care of, pay more money and go with another company that has competent movers that are willing to actually take care of you. I���ll never use this company again as it was a nightmare and the simple fact that if they���re willing to steal an item and not acknowledge it, then what else did they steal that I don���t know about. The half owner of the company doesn���t even care what just happened to me. If the owner doesn���t even care, that is all I need to know why I received the incompetent care that I did. I just don���t want other people to have to go through what I have in the future.

    This was by far the best moving company I've ever hired. The office staff were so professional and prompt and very friendly! My movers were amazing, they really do stand by their name. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to them!!!

    One man had an emergency and only 2 men were available so they allowed me an extra hour for no additional cost. The two men were extremely friendly and very professional. Very, very quick with the move and very careful with the furniture. I am extremely impressed and happy with the results! I would highly recommend this moving company! Everything was done and they left all in under an hour and half even short handed!

    Two men arrived about 20 minutes early. I guess this is a good thing but my husband wasn't home yet and I felt uncomfortable giving instructions about what to move first. That was really my fault since I should have just had them wait until my husband got home. I was afraid they would start charging us right away. They didn't. They were very fast but careful too. I was very pleased with how they treated our belongings.

    They charged too much they tried to get you to the hour I think they should come in and do the work I think they put down quickly what they quote you for and done with it they try to eat up time so you can pay all that money.

    I found them to be very responsive.  I left a voicemail and Jason returned a short time later.  I gave him a list of what needed to be moved and was given an estimate of approximately 3 hours to complete the job.  Considering everything was in one location and we were moving only about 20 minutes away from the storage unit, I thought that was way too much time, but he quoted me an hourly rate, so I wasn't too concerned.  Considering I called only 1 week ahead and wanted to move the week of Christmas, I was very pleased that the day and time I wanted to move was accommodated.  Jason gave me a half hour window in which to meet he and Dan his coworker at the unit.  They arrived within the window and went immediately to work.  They took great care with my daughter's belongings and worked quickly.  They were both very courteous and friendly.  It was a very windy and rainy day and when we arrived at her apartment, I was pleased to see them put down runners throughout the apartment to keep the mess at a minimum.  They set up the bed and were very responsive to put every box where we wanted in the apartment.  The whole move took about 1:45 minutes to complete.  I would definitely use this company again.  Jason is a hard worker and takes pride in his business.

    Just US actually had to come on two separate days, once to clear out the condo we were moving from, and then move all our household goods into the new house a week and a half later. On both days, they showed up on time and immediately got to work. Nothing was damaged in the move. Jason and his crew was pleasant throughout the day, and were easy to work with. We would use them again!

    We were very pleased with the quickness, readiness, and overall service. The vendors in the past would come unprepared without dolly's or pallets. Scully's came prepared and they went right to work moving. They were incredibly fast which is key for our work. They were observant to what was fragile and they made sure they were careful with our inventory. The only item that was an obstacle was setting up the times to come deliver. We felt a little bit of a push to coordinate on Scully's timetable instead of trying to find something that worked for our large event. As an organization we want to definitely keep the business aspect in mind, but at the end of the day we are the client and when planning events we have a sensitive timetable. We do not know how long a job will take and we have pre-communicated with venues in regards to the best time to unload. That sometimes means we ask a little flexibility with the vendor. We were able to work out a time and in the end we were very pleased with the entire service.

    Somehow the schedule for my move was messed up, which led to a domino effect and not exactly the moving experience I had planned on...Spoke with someone in upper management and worked things out. I think this was something that normally doesnt happen with this moving company.
