    I have been a patient of his for around eight years. Dr. Lambert is wonderful and their service almost always starts early if I am there. All of the staff is incredibly personable and they appear to be actively interested in the health of your teeth.

    Did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Hier is very friendly and approachable. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing. A very good listener. His is the first dental and quot;action planand quot; I have every received. The staff are exceptional. Very professional and friendly. Definitely the most informative and thorough teeth cleaning I have ever had.

    It went very good. I think they're very nice and helpful. The pricing was good. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment right away. If it's an emergency, I think they can work people in. Their office environment was very nice. They're very friendly. They were quite punctual. Their staff was very friendly. They're very good at working with me.

    He's really good with the kids and plays with them so that they're not scared. He's a real good children's dentist. I wasn't as impressed with the receptionist. Other than the receptionist, everybody was really nice. They're very punctual.

    He actually graduated with my husband so they know each other from school. I don't know how many new patients he is taking now because he is like sixty five so I don't even know if he is taking new patients now. We've always been very pleased with his service. It's like going into somebody we know because we go in and talk about who is doing what and what is happening. It's a nice office, It's not a brand new one but it's been there for a number of years. It's always clean and always well staffed so it has always been a pleasant place to go. We go every six months.

    We were both thrilled at how well our visits went. Dr Jon worked with both of us and there could not be a nicer dentist out there.
    Our hygienist was very efficient and did a great job with cleaning.
    Dr Jon was great with the filling work that he did for me. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists, and I was blown away at how easy and painless my experience was. I was in and out in less time than quoted and the front desk was able to figure my co-pay so I could settle the bill right away.
    We will certainly be back and we have scheduled our next cleaning appointments.

    Everything went fine, but my son was charged extra for the cleaning because it had been a year since his last appointment. He takes very good care of his teeth and this cleaning was pretty standard. The charge should have been based on the actual condition of his teeth, not the length of time since the last cleaning.

    I had no issues with Dr. Farage's skill as a dentist and I liked his hygienists.  However, there were several issues that caused me to find another dentist.  His office staff were not all friendly-particularly the receptionist and the billing person.  We had a change in dental insurance and after an appointment, they would submit a bill to our old insurance, it would get kicked back, and then they'd send us a bill.  This happened several times.   The billing person stated she was unable to change the old insurance info in their computer system and so we'd have to call and get it straightened out again and apologies and no intention to rectify the issue.   We also had a major miscommunication incident with Dr. Farage and his staff that is too complicated to explain here. Dr. Farage took no responsibility for being part of the problem and basically told me I was completely mistaken.  At that point I fired him as my dentist over the phone.  Sometime later I got a letter from him stating that he was dismissing me as a patient, LOL.   A small issue for me was also the noise level in his office.  Every dental chair (and there are several) has its own TV and most times all the TVs were on and the volumes set very high.  I found this to be very stressful.
