    Rob Seth Construction
Rob undertook a large-scale renovation for my wife and I. We had purchased a house that we intended to renovate and turn into a rental property. Rob did almost everything imaginable, from new bathrooms and a new kitchen to new windows, siding, doors, flooring, plumbing, framing, etc. He even removed a massive fireplace from the center of the house, leaving no trace of its existence behind. He seemed knowledgeable in so many different areas and was a great resource in helping me to find good deals along the way. Rob was friendly, professional, flexible, and took definite pride in his work. I really appreciate the job Rob did and I would hire him again!

    Warren Builders, Inc.
Warren Builders gutted and remodeled my primary bathroom. They were on time, efficient, professional and did stellar work. Matt really listed to what my vision for the space was and helped me create the spa bath I was hoping for. They were very respectful of my home and did their best to keep the mess of demolition and construction as limited as possible. I highly recommend Warren Builders!

    Warren Builders, Inc.
This is the third job that Warren Builders has done for us, and the end result was once again top-notch. Our house suffers the effects of former owners who presented a combination of poorly maintaining this house coupled with shoddy DIY skills. Once again Matt faced challenges in bringing our home up to par. He kept us updated all along the way, and went above and beyond looking for the most cost-effective way to accomplish the needed repairs. We highly recommend Warren Buildings!

Mark was punctual and did the work well. He needed to also patch the ceiling and some large holes in the wall that were hidden by the dropped ceiling. The end results are a clean open kitchen that looks great.

    Turnkey Builders LLC
Turnkey Exterior Painting has displayed greater transparency in terms of laying out every detail that was to be accomplished before the job was even begun, and then adhering to that promise. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an honest and dependable home improvement company. Work was accomplished efficiently and thoroughly, and that work included roof repair, mold removal and interior painting.

My home was in need of scrapping, glazing, caulking, priming, painting, replace bad boards, replace exterior light fixtures, put up new shutters, install roof vent to prevent ice dam. Job well done. Thanks.

Great! Clovermeadows did a fantastic job! Very thoughtful, creative and professional. After our experience with him chances are we won't even ask for a second bid on the jobs we need help with, but just call on Clovermeadows to do the work.

    JP Remodeling, LLC
OK, folks, this is our first review. As small business owners, we've lived (or, once, been negatively affected) by our reviews, so we understand how important reviews can be. As consumers, we've depended on reviews for years, so -- to end the hypocrisy -- we've decided to start posting reviews. Please note that we will NOT leave a negative review based on a single experience - everyone (yes, even I) can have a bad day. Therefore, any reviews we leave will be based on multiple contacts and experiences, over a longer period of time. We chose to work with Jim on our nearly full-house, gut-renovation because of his reputation as an honest, experienced carpenter and cabinetmaker. What we were surprised (and happy and excited) about were his breadth of knowledge of all types of demolition and construction - from cement and brick-work on the foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, flooring, roofing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, etc. (He even has great advice on gardening and lawncare!) We have worked with him for 9 months now, with another ~3 months to go. (Please note that this is OUR schedule and timeline, not his, which is another reason we appreciate him so much - his scheduling flexibility.) Originally, we had hoped to be finished with the project after about 6 months, but when you're working on a 120-year-old house with "deferred maintenance", there's a surprise behind every wall and under every floor. (No beam in the ceiling where an addition was put on in the early 1900's? He can take care of that!) With every "surprise" and with every change in design plans, Jim rolls with the punches: he tells you what needs to be done and - if you want to know - WHY it needs to be done and what the options might be. More importantly, he'll tell you what DOESN'T need to be done. He'll let you know if a sub-contractor is overcharging you or just plain full of cr**. He's been doing this for 42 years, he keeps up with the latest building technology, but he also knows things that the "new kids" aren't even taught anymore. This knowledge has, in the long run, saved us a lot of time and money. We can't recommend him highly enough.

I decided to have Mark do this work while I was away on vacation. I left an old kitchen and returned to a new kitchen. He kept me informed of progress along the way. I couldn't be happier with the results, and he as able to charge me a little less because he didn't have to clean up at the end of every day.
