FThis was a terrible experience. My dog was attacked and bitten multiple times. When I brought her in, they missed several injuries and only took care of a couple. The missed injures became infected. I called the clinic multiple times and was just told not to worry. The infection became a serious abscess. When I called the office again, they said it was too close to closing time and they would not help me. The abscess ruptured overnight and I took her in the next day. She was lucky to have survived the abscess rupturing. She required additional surgery; a large area had to be completely excised. Later, when I took her in for the suture removal, she experienced serious pain. She was crying, vomiting and shaking. I called the clinic, told them everything and, once again, I was told it was too close to closing time and they would not help me. I asked if I could speak to a Doctor and he was out of the office. No one else could help me. I finally had to beg, in tears, to get some pain pills for Kit. I was told that, if I could get to the office in 20 minutes, they would give me some pain pills. They would not wait for me if I was late. I was told the Doctor would call me to check on Kit the next day. He called five days later! This patient care was so bad that I considered Malpractice.

With 11 years of experience, Diana Cotter is the groomer of choice for many local pet parents. In August 2004 Diana earned a certificate from the Paragon School of Grooming in Jenison, Michigan. This school specializes in on-site training and supervision. During the course of her program, Diane completed 600 hours of training and worked with approximately 200 dogs. Gift certificates available.

AMs. Diana Cotter called to confirm the appointment 2 days ahead of time; then called back to offer an earlier appointment as she had a cancellation. She stated a window of time that she would arrive within as she is dealing with dogs and they are not always cooperative and punctual. She arrived at the stated time; came in and got to know my elderly dog, let him sniff her and get comfortable with her before they went out to her mobile washing truck. I went with them. She explained, in detail, exactly how her vehicle worked and that, even though it was cold outside, neither my dog nor she would be cold as she had a generator and hot water. Ms. Cotter had my dog for over an hour, she thoroughly brushed his coat, bathed and dryed him, and clipped his nails, all for what I felt was a reasonable price. I will have her back and I do recommend her services. How convenient - I don't have to take a large shedding dog in my car anyplace. She arrives at your door and handles all of the mess.

AVery well. They took very good care of my kitty and let me know right away what the diagnosis was and what to expect. Unfortunately he had a terminal illness, but they were incredibly kind and caring, and took great care of him. I would enthusiastically recommend them to other pet owners, they were kind, competent, and professional.

Small family owned facility that allows socializing and limited kennel time. We have both indoor and outside play areas. Facility is heated, air conditioned, and 100% fresh air circulation.
