ASHEPPERD'S LOCK & KEYIf I could give Mr. Shepperd higher than 5 stars I would. I would highly recommend him. I called him first on Labor Day (Sept. 1) after I had locked myself out of my new home. I called several locksmiths but did not reach any of them. I left messages and Mr. Shepperd was the only one to return my call, which he did within an hour. I asked if he could assist me since it was a holiday. He said that he didn't want to think of anyone being locked out of their house, even though it was a holiday. He arrived within one-half hour and was able to get the door opened. I have since called him back (Nov. 19) to replace that lock and re-key another. Friendly, prompt, professional.- Madelyn P.

We have Attended numerous continuing education course throughout the 33 years we have been in the locksmith business. We served an apprentiship @ J.J. Locksmith in Kalamazoo. Our business philosophy is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE.
