Our yard was flooding but since our neighbors' yards are also low, we didn't want to flood them even more. They were responsive and helpful. ADixon Lawn CareThey did an AMAZING job. The service they provided was called their "Fall Clean Up Service". It included blowing all leaves from our lawn (we have 5 large maple trees) and blowing the leaves off our deck, roof, gutters, and gardens. Additionally, the did the final mowing for the season. We live in a township without leaf pick up so we really appreciated the leaf disposal.- Ellen P.

ATotal Property ManagementI needed to give our insurance adjuster the final invoice, so Tim kept track of two seperate invoices for me. One was for the insurance and the other one was for the other stuff (my honey-do list) that he did for us!! I don't have the grand total for that yet because he is still doing things for us. I think I add something to the list every day!! I know that he appreciates our business!! We could not have found a better "all around handy man" other than Tim and his crew of Andy and Rick! They ALWAYS cleaned up their mess and were always so incredibly polite! I feel safe having them in my home. I would leave the door open for them if I was going to be away from home and I even felt safe enough that I was able to just go to my room, shut the door and let them do their work. They answered EVERY single question we could come up with. My husband was very impressed with them also! I know one thing for sure, We WILL HAVE A LIFE LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM!! Whenever we need something fixed, replaced, painted, installed or remodeled, we know who we will be calling....Total Property Management! Their pricing is fair and to me, it seems a little low to what I think I should be paying for al of the little things he has been doing for us! I hope you enjoy them as much as we have! FContacted them in the middle of June. Kaleb took the time and came out to view a prospective job for me and my neighbor. Within a week he sent us a quote. Made the realization that he even went to the same high school as I did, so felt compelled to hire him. After consideration we contacted them back and hired them for the work. Told us that it wouldn't probably be until late July early August that they'd be able to fit us in. Early August came and went with no response from them. I called 5+ times leaving a message each time. My wife called 5+ times leaving a message each time. I texted a few times. I e-mailed and sent FaceBook messages to them as well with no response to any of them. I do not recommend them and would rather pay someone more. He is young and inexperienced in my opinion, terrible customer service. On another review I found that others have had the same experience with them and their response is that they never got any of the messages. The attached screenshots from my phone show that I did indeed contact them, yet they never responded.

FSo I had Dixon clean my yard last year, $600 for cleaning almost two acres with lots of Pine trees that hadn’t been cleaned in over nine years, they did pretty good so I called them back this year. I asked on the call will it be $600 like last year and the guy said more than likely less but I planned on $600 anyways. They showed up today and the guy asked to the woods and I replied the tree line and wood line in backyard. About three hours later my daughters came from outside and said the guys were blowing the pine needle piles and leaves into the wooded area (about four trees deep between and my neighbor) so I walked and asked I thought you were hauling this away like last year (roughly four trailers worth last year) and he said no I said woods. I told him I must have misunderstood, I thought he meant were to clean like last year, tree line to tree line and woods. He said he must have misunderstood as well he thought I said they could push into the wooded between me my neighbor. I said sorry no, I thought it was being hauled away and asked if they could haul away what was left and just leave the big pile of Pine needles in the trees because there was no way to get them all out. About 25 minutes later I receive a call from the owner telling me how currently it was an $850 dollar charge because I changed my mind and wanted to have stuff hauled away, I said I did not change my mind there was a misunderstanding this morning and what was in the wooded area can stay there and they could haul the rest of it away, he once again said you changed you mind accusing me of lying and said it would an additional $250 dollars for them to come back tomorrow and finish the job and I said no thanks. I will not have anyone sit on the phone and call me a liar, this guy is a con-artist, if you are insane enough to hire him you better have a map made and a contract drawn up as to how much money and how they are going to dispose of the leaves and stuff, plus a video tape, if not you had better be ready for an ever increasing price even though they did less work than previously and for him to call you a liar.

FWouldn’t recommend this company! The boulder wall that they did for us wasn’t done correctly causing water retention around it and onto the pavers nearby and soil coming thru many areas between the boulders. The spill behind the boulders was eroding away. Communication from Bob (the owner) was terrible and he failed to follow thru on multiple occasions. Have had to have boulder wall rebuilt by another company within a year.
