    On or around November 4, 2016 Pure Green Lawn and Tree Professionals sent workers out to aerate the lawn of my neighbor's property at 6745 Edgefield Street Portage, MI 49024. In the process of this aeration, these workers crossed my property line and cut the invisible dog fence wires on my property. Invisible fence company came out to repair the wire and charged me a total amount of $110.37. They showed me where the aerating equipment had crossed my property and informed me that they were the reason for the wire being damaged. I contacted Pure Green Lawn and Tree Services through the following phone number obtained from my neighbor: 269-342-5055. My neighbor instructed me to speak with Fernando Nickrent. He was not available at the time of my call, but the gentleman who took the call informed me that they would have him come out to my property and they would have the matter taken care of. Fernando came out to my property in order to survey the damage. He acknowledged the damage and offered me half off on next year's lawn service in lieu of payment for the invisible fence. I refused the offer and said we can discuss that after this matter was resolved. He said that I would hear back from him no later than the following Monday. I did not hear from him after making several attempts to contact him. He finally returned my call and explained to me that his District Manager (David Willem) thought it was the invisible Fence company's fault for not burying the wires deep enough that even though they crossed my property where the wires are located, that if they were buried deeper they would not have been cut. I informed him that I have had this invisible fence for years and have never had that problem. I also informed him that my neighbor told me that they put a flag out to alert the workers of where their property ends and ours begin and the workers crossed the line. He explained that unfortunately this situation is out of his control and that he had no authority to issue me any reimbursement for my loss. He instructed me to contact Mr. David Willem, the district manager. I have called and left multiple voicemails for Mr. Willem and he refuses to take my call. I have yet to speak with him or anyone else representing the company. I have yet to be reimbursed.

    We went with All Green because of a better rate then Tru Green. Big mistake. They never called ahead to let us know they were coming, would call 2-3 times to try and find out when they were coming and no one would ever call back. There should be no effort involved on my part to get ahold of them if they did their job and communicated with customers. Plus our grass looked worse then ever this year.

They first introduced themselves and listened to me as to what I expected.  They provided their service quickly and efficiently.  They said  they would keep an eye on my lawn for returning weeds, whenever they were in the neighborhood.   I would recommend this company to anyone.

Loved the communication from the company with their calls to confirm days of service to the information left by the technicians when they were done letting me what was applied and what it was expected to do. Lawn looks great!

    We started using them this year and after 3 applications our lawn has NEVER looked so good. You can tell that the roots are really tight and the lawn grows fast.
    I actually lowered the amount I watered to "normal" levels, in the past I had to water it every day or it would lose the lushness.
    Two of my neighbors now use them too. Thanks guys now I have competition :-)

    I'm not sure the length of time between treatments - the aereation is about 3 weeks between treatments. I've been with him for 2 years. I've got a pretty bad looking lawn and have tried several different companies. He's been doing pretty good so far - it's looking much better than it was before I started with Weed Man.
