ARob Seth ConstructionRob undertook a large-scale renovation for my wife and I. We had purchased a house that we intended to renovate and turn into a rental property. Rob did almost everything imaginable, from new bathrooms and a new kitchen to new windows, siding, doors, flooring, plumbing, framing, etc. He even removed a massive fireplace from the center of the house, leaving no trace of its existence behind. He seemed knowledgeable in so many different areas and was a great resource in helping me to find good deals along the way. As usual, disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and work ethic of any and all contractors we've dealt with in SW Michigan. AKalamazoo Handymen ServicesMark and Ryan did an excellent job on my project. TV mounted on living room, new electrical out for TV, no wires showing, level, and height I requested. They also removed a bottom cabinet in the kitchen and installed a dishwasher. Excellent work, very reasonably priced, work done in 1 day. AAvalon replaced our roof, the soffits and fascia and siding. The workmanship is outstanding and the quality of materials are far superior to any other company we got quotes from. Additionally, of the four quotes we got, ranging from $68,000 to $42,000, theirs was the lowest for the highest quality product we were shown. They were also super fast. We have a traditional two story house, and that is 2200 square feet, and they did the entire roof, including removing the old materials and replacing a lot of rotting boards, in a day and a half. They sided my house, wrapped all the trim and replaced the soffit and fascia in a week. The people we worked with from their salesman Chris to the workers they sent were kind, respectful and patient, answering all our questions and making sure the job was done the way we wanted it. We did not choose them because they were the least expensive, but because of the quality product that they offered and the other reviews we had seen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone or to use them again if I needed too.

AI contacted Eddie and his company to help save a six month project that was 90% completed. I did not know Eddie, but he did get good reviews here. We kept having contractors not showing up to complete the project with several deficiencies. Eddie and his team stepped in and saved the entire project, correcting errors and demonstrating outstanding attention to detail. We asked him to help, step in and make our shower remodel functional and he did just that in just one day! His recommendations helped to save potential pitfalls down the road. We were blown away at his attention to detail and passion for his job. You want someone to give you a fresh and quality product, contact Eddie. His responsiveness was second to none as well. ARob is a consummate professional. He assisted us in discovering and dealing with damage from a leak in our basement wall. Rob made suggestions for the repair which was completed by our waterproofing company. He replaced the dry wall after cutting a one foot high section out of the perimeter of the room for the waterproofing work. Weeks later after the waterproofing was finished, he replaced the dry wall. We painted the walls and he came back to replace the baseboard trim. Rob always kept his appointments for work at our house. If he could not come at the appointed time, he called and set up another time. The work stretched over several months. We were delighted with the results. He did a wonderful job and we would not hesitate to call on him again.
