    Heidi Griggs DO
Poorly. Dr Griggs treated me like I was a drug addict. Somewhere along the line, her nurse (Sharon) got it in her mind that I was a drug abuser and has treated me like one contrary to the evidence. In 62 years, I have never been treated so horribly. I am changing doctors and will never have anything to do with Dr. Griggs or her office. Prescription renewal through their "one line for renews" is close to negligent in how it handles prescription. Lost or incorrect are two issues, It takes days to get a prescription. Her staff is less than honest with her and she always believes them before a patient. If you have a choice, this is one facility to stay away from.

I like them a lot. He is not an old guy but he is kind of old school. He listens to you. He doesn't jump right in with 100 medications and you know the simplicity. Excepts for physicals I would give him an "A". Physicals you got to give him like a month and a half lead time. If you need to get in to see him I would give him an "A". A little upstairs office.

I was extremely unhappy. I had to leave because they refused to give me a referral for a chiropractor. I tried talking to everybody in the office. My husband still sees his doctor there but I had to move because of that. I wanted a referral because I have back and neck pain. Previously, I had Dr. Warner and she was wonderful. She would always give me a referral right away and not even hesitate. She went somewhere else and the new doctor took over Dr. Warner's patients. I went in with back and neck pain and asked for a referral. She's a DO and I tried talking to her. I tried everything I could to get her to give me a referral but she would not do it. She wanted me to go to another place that was like a DO also. She thought chiropractors were a danger.

I have nothing bad to say. Nothing. The nurses were top-notch, not patronizing, nor were the doctors. Blood tests, brain tests, heart test, all done with professionalism and care.
I know this is not in the survey above, but the FOOD!! As good and healthy and fresh as any mid-to-high range restaurant. Absolutely delicious. I could have coffee whenever I wanted, just great!

I had a timely, efficient appointment where all aspects of my health care were addressed, Lab work , Tests, and xrays done on the same day in the same facility. Professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were evidenced in Bronson's Internal Medicine 's office. I fell I have found a healthcare provider that I can trust and that has an interest in keeping me healthy.

This place is completely incompetent. In the two months since we've been there:
    1. My partner was left without any of his medications for over a week thanks to their and quot;policyand quot;.
    2. They wouldn't listen to how an insulin pump runs, then called back several days later to get this information. Then they couldn't grasp the simple concepts of bolus and basal. To this day I'm still not sure they realize how much insulin is used on a daily basis.
    3. They have pet medications that *they* like and will only prescribe them regardless of how they act on the patient.
    4. They don't take the patient's lifestyle into consideration when they prescribe meds. (3 times a day with and quot;sleepinessand quot; as a side affect does NOT work for someone who works a 12 hour shift).
    5. Dr Batchu is very forgetful. Sending us off for blood work and then several days later wanting to send us back for a test she forgot to prescribe, even though it was discussed during the appointment. One example of many.
    6. During the appointment Batchu will not talk with you, she prefers to stay behind the computer screen.
    7. They discuss medications, say they are sending them to the pharmacy, then when we get there we find out that the didn't send over all the medications -this happens A LOT.
    8. During the next appointment after the and quot;new patient appointmentand quot;, I found out that they didn't have half of the medical history in the computer. Pretty much had to do a second new-patient appointment to get them to add things and get things straightened out.
There's only 2 people in that office that I feel are competent. One is a triage nurse, the other is one of the check-out people. But that is not enough to make us want to stay there. Currently searching for another doctor.
    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

At the time I made my appointment, Dr. Batchu was the only provider at Bronson's Centre Ave. location accepting new patients. The office was punctual and well-managed. Dr. Batchu was very matter-of-fact in her exam and performed the usual diagnostic tests. I would see her again.

I scheduled an appointment as a new patient with Brittany Immink, PA approximately 2 months ago. I received the confirmation phone call from Borgess's system on 09/04 at 5PM to confirm my appointment for Friday. When I arrived on Friday, they said Brittany was not working that day, and they weren't able to get a hold of me.
I asked them why I received the confirmation phone call, and they said it was because they didn't take me off the schedule. I asked them to confirm my phone number, and they had the correct one in their files (I have been to Borgess a bunch of times). Said they were sorry, but there was no one from the office to see me that day, and they just couldn't get me on the phone. They said Brittany changed her schedule a week ago and no one called me. I have Caller ID and can confirm that they never phoned me. They offered to reschedule, and I told them I would find another practice. I don't understand how if you have a patient's phone number, you don't continue to call and confirm a reschedule rather than just waiting for them to show up and send them home. I rearranged my work schedule and my husband took a half day to watch our daughter so I could come to my appointment that I scheduled two months in advance. There's really no valid excuse for their incompetence and disrespect of my time.

The exam went as I expected, and the doctor was willing to answer any questions that I had. She wasn't rushing to get out of the room and to any other patients. My only negative feedback is due to the very long wait between my initial call and the ability to schedule my appointment, which was 2+ months, but now as a patient of the practice, I presume that my appointments will not be so difficult. I requested some basic blood work and the nearby clinic that can complete the testing without an appointment was really convenient for me to drop by whenever it was good for me.

I have pretty much been having my physicals with the physician’s assistant and nurse practitioner.  I used to like that they had evening and Saturday hours, but they have gotten rid of their evening hours.  If anyone is working and does not want to take the time off, they don’t have that flexibility anymore, but I can get in on Saturdays.  They are pretty booked, even if I have an emergency and it is really hard to get an appointment.  The staff and doctors have all been really nice.
