The Technicians were on time. Communication was always very open and easy. Communicated with me when on his way. Had an email the day before to remind me about the appointment. Informative, kind hearted, professional, and hard working. We needed a new furnace, duct work, and central air. FDid not clean up after himself, Did not cover any furniture or bother to tell me to shut down the system before he started. Claimed he left the shopvac back at the worksite. Seth was a nice enough guy but he didn't seem thorough. He seemed more interested about what I did for a living instead of the task at hand. I had to follow him around to make sure that everything was being done properly. For $500, I have to bust out my shopvac and clean up after the tech? 1/5.
