ANew Image RemodelingThis company is truly the best. When thinking of them, the word exemplary comes to mind. They respond quickly to phone calls. They are very clear with what they plan to do and what it will cost. I was told what to expect on the day of the job and that they would protect my plants. I'm happy to say they did a wonderful job of not damaging any of my Foundation plantings! 😊 when the roof was done they cleaned everything up. They were meticulous in making sure there were no nails lying about and that everything was put back into place. AAll Service & Remodel, LLCLet me start off by saying the process from getting the estimate all the way to completion was flawless. Stephen came out to talk to us , then looked at everything including what would be involved to get the job done, listened to everything we needed and also wanted to have done. He was very personable and welcoming , basically someone you can trust completely and feel he was being honest. We then agreed on what option of the type of roofing we wanted to go with. They started the job on time with no delays , worked everyday ( thank goodness the weather was good everyday) and had it completed on time and in just a few days. We couldn’t be happier with how they handled themselves right from the start , keeping our yard clean and not having trash or debris laying around. They protected our property so there were no signs they were even here when they finished. The quality of work is absolutely amazing and looks fantastic!! Special attention was given also to a issue he found that needed to fixed. There was a part of our roof where the chimney is located next to two parts of the roof where they come together that could have developed a pocket where water would have gathered and then eventually caused water leaking into our home. It needed extra work done there and he did this for us. He actually built something to address this and modified the angle so all the water will run off the roof now. We are absolutely happy and recommend them to anyone who wants honestly, competitive pricing ( actually less then we expected to cost) and high quality job done.- Mark B.

ASharp Construction LLCSmoothly - no surprises! Sharp Construction LLC of Holland MI - worked very quickly and provided quality work! I contacted them for a quote for repair to a 10x10 area of shingles that were tore up down to the decking from tree branches, along with replacing a gutter that had ripped loose and installing screens over the gutters. The estimator was there the next day. He had a quote sent via text & email within 24 hours. Every question I had was promptly answered. They scheduled the work to start within 2-3 weeks - it started sooner as they had an opening. The roof was done (completed) within a 3-4 hour Friday afternoon. The gutters were done the following Monday within 2 hours. I couldn't believe how fast and when I found out they were done, I asked if they would take pics for me as I'm older and cannot climb ladders to see the work myself. No problem - Eric made a special trip out the next day and sent me several complete pictures of various angles so I could see the work - excellent, quality work. The total cost was exactly the same as the quote/estimate at the beginning. No surprises, no price hikes, I paid exactly what we agreed to in the beginning. I was given the option of financing which they offer, or 50% down to begin work, and the balance due after the work is completed. I opted for the 50-50 plan. Everything went smooth as silk. I will hire Sharp Construction LLC of Holland MI again and I will recommend to anyone who asks if I know of an honest, quality, ethical general contractor!- Kim M.

ABK Home ImprovementBrian reattached the soffit, the fascia, and replaced the missing shingles. He also removed some moss that had accumulated on one portion of the roof and sealed around all vent pipes/skylights. He did a great job and even took pictures of the areas of the roof he'd repaired so that I could see what he'd done without having to climb up there. A few days later we had another wind storm. Brian called to check in with me to make sure I didn't have any other problems. Greatly appreciated! Last week my Dad's electrical outlet in his garage stopped working. I contacted Brian approximately 6:30p and he was there before noon the next day. He replaced the outlet and it works great now.- Tammy F.

He answered all our questions, and we signed a detailed contract at a fair price. His crew was able to start the next week. Brandon calls and texts kept me informed of when things would happen, so there were no surprises. I had roofed my house myself two times in the past, and this crew of six took care to do a quality job. They protected the windows, siding, and deck and did a great job cleaning up. ADennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Toppers was a great company to work with. They had the best price for the products I choose to use. They had multiple options for leaf guards and explained the plus and minus of each option. Every employee took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen to my house. All emails and phone calls were returned very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the finished products. I am very happy to never clean leaves and pine needles out of my gutters again.
