  Not well at all. We paid 2/3 of what we were to be charged for the whole job, which was started in November. Only about 1/4 of the work was done. It's now winter and my gutters never got cleaned out. No one shows up to finish the job when they say they're going to, phone calls go unanswered. No idea when/if this will ever be finished, and the small portion that was done was not done well at all. Very disappointed.

  It went very well. Chad, Carl and Eric were very polite, diligent and professional. Eric took before and after pictures of the chimney and sent them to my email. Carl went above and beyond by accepting the challenge to even paint my dormers which the painters I had hired neglected to do. When one of the windows fell out of a dormer, Eric helped me replace the glass. The crew had their own truck and their own tools, and even came back on the following day, which was Sunday, to finish the job. They cleaned up everything before they left. And to top it off, once they were done, I got a call from Dale, the EsserBuildersII Manager, to let me know that they would be coming out on Monday to inspect the job. That is more than I can say for any of the other contractors hired for the project, and a mark of real professionalism.

  taking off the roof was done, they slid a latter across our Gutters while still on it, put holes in window Screens, did not nail down aluminum flashing on trim they disrupted, had water come into the house over night, due to not being protected from the elements before Shingles were put on. Trim around the shingled bay window is not done right. Damaged our above ground pool, which we ended up having to replace. (Might of been older, but only needed a new Liner). Tossed food down on the ground next to garbage cans, did not take the time to put it into its place. Not sure if this crew works for them any longer, the first time they did a roof for us on our Barn, things went great! Just in Disbelief of the head ache it turned into.

  Rufino told us up front that he had a small crew and would be approximately 3 days with good weather. Turned out to be 4 days due to some rain. They cleaned our yard and used a rolling magnet for nails. He did exactly what he said he would do. He was the only roofing company that called me back with an estimate (waiting for a month).

  They were hired to inspect the roof and do minor repairs. They came out cleaned the gutters and took pictures.  I contacted them a week or 2 later and they did send the pictures showing what needed to be repaired.  I didn't hire them to clean the gutters as they did not need it. A few more emails and they never bothered to do the repairs. They never contacted me

  It went very well we thought.  Showed up on time finished the roofs in two days.  Did excellent job on roofs.  We love these guys.  The only down side were not putting down something to cover our stuff in our loft so our storage got pretty dirty.  They accidentally broke one of our flood light fixtures.  The eves-trough guys did a great job, but ended up charging us an extra 150.00 over our quote.  We did not like that.  It took over two weeks to put up the eves.  Didn't understand why they waited til they were done to tell  us it would be 150.00 more.  I think the eves guys were a different crew.  The roof guys are good people.  They did replace the light fixture they broke.  We would use them again.
