    I called on Tuesday and made an appt for Friday. As a previous reviewer mentioned, insisted on a credit card number before scheduling the service call. Thursday afternoon they called to tell me that there would be no qualified technician in the area to work on our dishwasher. No offer to set another appt. Nothing.

    Scott made some promises that he ended up charging us for but we didn't really mind paying for those items. We got the feeling he made promises in order to get the major project we were hiring him for (rebuild our deck) However he took short cuts on finishing the deck and we asked him to return and finish if off correctly. We purchased Trexx boards so had to reorder $300 more in materials to correct the problem. Also had him install a water line for a new refrigerator and didn't check to be sure that it was operational. This caused many phone calls to the manufacturer of the refrigerator and 2 service calls before I called Scott back to tell him that something was wrong with the line (not the refrigerator). He came out within a few hours and said there had been some sort of metal plug in the new line. He fixed it and everything worked fine. We also asked him to replace some siding but he said it would be a couple of weeks before he could get back. He never returned.

    I thought he retired, but if he is still working, I like him a lot. He is very good.  He worked on our dryer and washer. It was $75 the last time we had him out which for many companies $75 is just having them show up. He has been very fair and honest.

    Scott came in on a Sunday to change the outlet and then went a step further and hooked up the dryer, helped me move the washer and hooked that up for me as well. I've just moved into my home and I really appreciated the extra assistance so that I could move on to my next project.

    The service technician told me he had 25 years experience, and it showed. He was very adept at the repair. He first arrived on 5-14-14, but had to return the next day to finish because the dryer was a Maytag Commercial Technology machine. He charged me $49.00 for the service call the first day and only for the parts and labor when he returned the next day. The service tech and the work were great, but the price was a little high. I needed the dryer repaired immediately so I didn't have time to shop around. I've used this company for my washer, for which there is a service contract, and they almost always do a good job. He was about an hour late the first day, but he told me that was because he got a flat tire running over a bolt or something like that on the road. Considering the roads in Jackson, that is understandable. He was right on time the next day.

    I called at 8:30am on a Saturday morning, and luckily they had a technician available.  He arrived within a half hour.  Took him 15 minutes to get into the machine and diagnose the problem as a cracked hose. 
    He gave me a quote for fixing it, and I approved.
    Work was done within 3/4 hour of his arrival, and that included testing the washer through a rinse cycle. 
    All fixed, less than 2 hours from my initial call.  I could not be happier!
    I very rarely rate someone 'A' across the board, but in this case I really have nothing to ding them about!

    He was personable and knew his craft after replacing the 2 coils in my gas dryer he checked the belt which was starting to show wear and suggested I replace it now instead of having another breakdown and having another service charge.

    He said it was working and I didn't check it. When I went to cook dinner, it wasn't working. He said it was going to be another piece and then there was going to be another charge and another service call. I was kind of stuck so I had him come again and they still didn't fix it right. They did end up refunding part of the bill but the service was never completed. He had to come back like 4 times. He did not seem to be very sure of himself. In hindsight he was just trying to figure something out because he didn't really know what was wrong either so he was trying different things to see if it worked and it ended up not working. The total bill was $300 and we ended up getting half of that back, but we still ended up paying for service that was not completed. He was just a little bit late. The job was out of his realm of expertise. We would not use them again. We were able to use the parts for someone to use that knew what they were doing.
