AMatt DeJonghe Septic Tank CleaningDeJonghe Septic is an excellent company. Matt is not only an expert at what he does;he is very honest and has an outstanding work ethic. For example, when he came to pump our septic today, we discovered that the 50 year old lid had shattered since the last pumping. My wife and I went out to buy the riser and lid that Matt recommended, but didn't quite have the expertise to do it ourselves. Matt came back in the midst of his very busy day, helped us to install the riser, and refused to take any extra money for the second trip to our house! Their pumping prices are also reasonable and Misty in the office is very helpful. I don't give many five star reviews, but this one is well deserved.- keith c.

FRoto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain ServicesTerrible. I paid 3 times to have them out here. Was told I need a permit.. another $200... but they couldn't even fix it . Told by another business did not need drain field repaired... the drain field was dry. Waste of almost $1000 total. NEVER EVER AGAIN.- Mary B.

FWILSON & SONS SEPTIC CLEANINGI called and made appointments three times with their receptionist. Never showed up and never called all three times. I don’t live there so I have to make an appointment for them to come and give me an estimate and what I need to do it when I’m there and for them to never show or call back is just terrible business and it’s wasted my time.- Steve C.

AService was excellent: Mr. Clark knew his business, got right down to it. Truck was clean, so was the work site after Mr. Clark finished. Mr. Clark also stepped up to offer advice - in my case, to limit sprinkler system irrigation over the septic field as much as practical, to ensure field won't get saturated over time, which would cause field to fail. (Caused me to halve the daily sprinkling time in that zone, in addition to turning system off, on and after days when it rains.)

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AI called Swicks. They got right on it. Finished up what the original installer didn't do, diagnosed other problems, and fixed them. Very prompt service, very friendly and personable guys. They're not cheap, but better than the first guy. And what plumber--other than yourself or your brother-in-law--is a bargain. We'll keep using them til they let us down, which doesn't seem likely.
