ASuperior Home Building LLCJerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. ASOUTHWEST DESIGN GROUP INCJoe was great to work with. He answered our inquiry quickly, provided a timely quote, and worked well with us throughout the entire process. This was a BIG project...he had to lay a very large patio, add an outdoor BBQ area and install a big new outdoor fireplace. In addition, we were very particular about the design we wanted and he was great in working to our vision, as well as adding his ideas on how to make it better. The project took 3 months, working to our deadline of being done by Christmas. He and his crew were there every day, on time. If something came up where he couldn't be there, he called us in advance to let us know. We will hire Joe again anytime. He's a very good guy, nice, honest and hard working. We would recommend his services to anyone who is looking to do a backyard remodel. He really knows his concrete, too!- Carey C.

AThe work was done almost 2 years ago and is holding up without any issues. It was done in the timeframe promised, done professionally and the finishing was excellent. I had flooring installed and developed an issue due to the installation. Both the owner and site leader recently came out and inspected the system to ensure there was no issue with the drain (there wasn't). This type of customer service is rare these days. I am very happy I had the system installed and appreciate the professionalism I have encountered with this company from the estimate, work, finishing and follow-up. Thank you!!

AFrom start to finish I could not be happier. I had an idea (a rough idea) of what I wanted to do. Dan sat with me (listened with patience) and helped me work through the details of my project, he talked to me about what was important and what was not... after he helped me design the building and details that went along with it. Along the way he worked with me to make adjustments to the design, as well as offered ideas and solutions to reduce my cost (he saved me about 15%). There were things I didn't think about when I put my plans in place, Dan communicated with me along the way allowing me to think through the changes as well as the pros/cons of doing so. There were changes we made along the way that make a lot of sense now that the building is complete. Amazing work!!!
To find a builder who can complete the work start to finish, stay true to his commitments, and more importantly listen to you is not easy to find. Dan fits this mold.
I have worked with at least 10 builders in the last 20 years... this is the first review I have written. The reason I am writing this review is Dan did an awesome job! From start to finish communication was great, the work was awesome, and the price was right. With 100% confidence I would recommend Dan and Patriot Builders to take on a small project to building a high end 6,000 sq foot home.
