AZerorez Of Denver IncThe floors weren't wet. They were a lot more cleaner. The carpets clean with them. They have chemicals and they don't use a lot of water. Your carpets are only dent for about fifteen minutes. The trucks and guys are clean. The hose that they drag to your house are clean. I would definitely use them again.- ROBERT W.

They’re very professional, protected all the walls from the hoses when they went upstairs, and there were a lot of spots that needed to be cleaned. AThe cleaning was superb. We have 2 dogs so cleaning could have been difficult but Scott cleaned it good as new. We've used Scott's carpet cleaning for over 5 years and our carpets look like new when we unroll them. Great cleaning and a fun person to talk to. His dogs are beautiful and friendly.

FThey refused to start until I paid them my deductible up front from my home owners insurance. That took a week so the house sat. Everything had to be removed and cleaned. They damaged furniture and broke personal items. Other items were lost or stolen. When brought to their attention they offered to fix but was hard to keep them to their word. I had to call them constantly and was often told they were too busy and would get back with me. The insurance company paid them when the work wasn't finished and when i was advised by the insurance company and family and friends to not sign the check AB Edwards said they needed the money i sympathized being a small business myself. I reluctantly signed the check and now 9 months after the fire they now refuse to finish. They returned all of our stuff in a million taped shut boxes with no rhyme or reason. We had silverware in with alarm clocks and took forever to find screws to put our beds back together. TV cords were all shoved in a box. We had no idea what went where. It has been traumatizing. It was devastating to have to move out of our home and then even more so when the restoration company destroys our trust. I am heart broken that a local company would be so sloppy and unprofessional.

FIt saddens me to report this cleaning company should be avoided. The owner Ms. Tami Gage is not qualified to manage this business. Thankfully, I am far too busy to fully elaborate on the vastness of this companies ineptitude. Call the Mrs LLC and Ms. Gage left our home unlocked on multiple occasions, have high employee turnover, inflated her invoice (alarm time stamped arrival and departure) and chronically miscommunicated her schedule. Unfortunately, if you are ever able to speak to Ms. Gage about your concerns you will be to blame, treated rudely and hung up on. Overall not a good experience.
