    I had called Jer Friday evening and he was able to work me in for an early Monday Morning appointment.  Jer is very knowledgeable and extremely nice and professional.  He was right on time and did a great job at a good price.  I would highly recommend for TV repair.

    All staff was easy to talk to, friendly, very good at communicating, and genuine. I felt like they truly enjoyed their jobs and just wanted to make me feel better. They did whatever they good to make me as comfortable as possible and always made sure I had everything I needed. The doctor was easy to communicate with and prompt.

    There were many issues with the webinar itself (background music was too loud, filming was sub par, etc) but my biggest complaint is only about 50% of my clients can access the webinar due to the way the video was formatted or something, I don't really understand the technical issues.  
    I have tried repeatedly to contact Barb at Fusion Graphics and she refuses to reply.  I am now going to small claims court in hopes of being compensated for the extra money I am going to have to spend to hire another company to fix the webinar so all my clients have access to it.

    I have never been able to just call and get an answer on any question I have ever ask them.  They have an answering system where you have to push one to reach this department, two to reach another.  You cannot just ask to speak to someone.  If you are lucky enough to reach a real person, they will not speak good English.  If you ask for someone to speaks English, they will either hang up on you or connect to you a recording in Chinese.  You will generally be on hold for at least a half hour, and hang up without an answer to your question.  You will be tranferred to several different departments and you will have to hold for several minutes with each transfer.  I do not understand how they stay in business.  I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

    Protege Delivery
    Protege has a very definite problem with their delivery schedule staff - specifically Lindsey. I ordered a desk to be shipped via Home Direct USA and they dropped it to Protege in Taylor, MI for my delivery. When I originally spoke with Lindsey I stated that the desk had to go upstairs and it was a difficult staircase. I had paid for White Glove Platinum Delivery for this very problem. I indicated it would likely take 4 men to place the desk upstairs. She assured me that the delivery staff knew what they were doing and would work it out. I even offered to send pictures. She assured me it would be no problem. When I asked what would happen if they couldn't deliver it she said they would break it down and then re-assemble it when it was in the right spot. This is what I had paid White Glove Platinum Delivery fees for. Two men showed up today to deliver the desk and could not do it alone. They would need two additional men. They also could not break it down and re-assemble it. I called and talked with Lindsey wanting to know what would happen now. She thought she put me on hold and when the other woman in the office asked if I was on hold, Lindsey said "yeah and she is soooo whiney". Whiney because she would not listen to me and apparently knows my home better than I do. Whiney because despite my attempts they were not able to deliver the desk and whiney because she is mocking me, the cusomter. I asked to speak to the manager and told her I was going to do everything I could to see she did not work with customers in the future and her response was " that's not likely" and hung up the phone. Apparently she has the authority to speak for the owner of the company and treat customers any way she wants. There is not much you can do anymore about customer service except I will not use companies that have to use Home direct USA for delivery and specifically Protege in Taylor, MI. I have also sent this information to Home Direct USA, Home Furniture Mark who I bought the desk from, The Better Business Bureau, Angie's list and any place else I can post it.

    They did a great job, quality was excellent! They installed the tiles in a weekend. The two gentlemen that came to install the tiles were very professional, respectful and hardworking.
