    It hurt me so much that he had to give me stitches in my gum. It made me bleed so bad. He told me that he is not going to pull the other tooth because he has his limits. He asked me to go to another dentist. He never attends just one person - around 2 or maybe 3 at a time. He is teaching his assistants while working on his patients. It is horrible. He doesn't even talk to you - he tells the assistant what to tell you because he doesn't have time to talk to you. If he does talk to you, he speaks to you as if he is doing you a favor! The secretary told me he was going to call me - I never heard from him.

    I called and asked the secretary what I was going to do - was I supposed to be referred to another dentist? The secretary told me "I don't know, I haven't heard from the dentist. He is in his office and doesn't want to come out." She told me she would help me find a dentist for me. She found someone on the computer but he was very far away from my house. Dr. Meyer gave me a pain medicine but it is not working and I'm in alot of pain.

    Switched to Dr Sweeney from former dentist who retired and sold practice. Dr Sweeney's my wife's dentist. Xray's from my former dentist were unavailable although I suspect that's the fault of my former dentist's office. Bigger disappointment was that only an exam had been scheduled for this appointment and no cleaning. Had to schedule a second appointment for a cleaning which is inconvenient. Hope future appointments will be cleaning and exam at the same time which is what I've always experienced from other dentists. My wife says that what she has experienced and she's happy with Dr Sweeny.

    He also wanted to send me to a different doctor to do a root canal and then come back for the crown. I guess he does not do root canals anymore.  Then I had him replace the two ceramic fillings in my front teeth.  Half way through the front tooth filling replacement I asked Stout if he was replacing fillings because of dental decay or for cosmetic reasons. He said it was cosmetic because the fillings were whiter than the teeth.  I would like to have made that decision myself. When he said I needed new fillings I thought he meant because of a cavity.

    I have been going here for about two years after I initially found them on Angie's List. I have not had any troubles scheduling an appointment. Everyone within the practice is very nice. The dentist is knowledgeable as well.

    Very disappointed. Dentist gave me a laundry list of what he would like to do. Did not look at my past dental records even though he had them in his hand! Just listed everything he could think of. No consideration of what was improving without intervention. I really feel that he was just out to maximize his billing.

    Just returned from my first visit with Dr. Berard. Could not be more pleased. Staff was helpful, friendly, and prompt. Dr was easy to talk to and explained everything in easy to understand language. Made me feel like he cared. Staff disclosed expected cost beforehand. Scheduling future appointments was quick and painless. Favorite dentist I've seen to date.

    The entire staff is nice and also professional. The office is clean quiet and there is a window in each room. If needed he will inform you of work that may be needed in the future. Also he will work with you and your insurance company to limit the out of pocket expense for the patient. All around both him and his staff are excellent.

    Business department was very very aggressive, too aggressive--demanded social security and auto license number for their records.--money, money, money--seemed to be the most important. Very pricey for what was done. I thought it was too expensive for services rendered. All advanced work, endodonics for instace are referred out at great expense.

    He wasn't able to remove the previous crown and not sure what he did, but my front teeth now look like rabbit teeth now. I am pretty sure he knew he messed up but rather than telling the truth, he covered it up. He should have been more honest about the problem. He charged me approx $500 for the procedure and I am spending another thousand to correct the problem he created.

    I have been going to Dr. Allen for thirty years, I have used him for pretty much everything, and he must have been pretty good otherwise I wouldn't have stuck with him for that long. The office environment and his demeanor are great and I would recommend him to anybody, in fact, I have. The staff is great.
