Incorrectly towed vehicle. Forgivable mistake; just inconvenient. However, when provided with information from multiple sources pointing out their error, they only became more rude and intimidating. This is one of those places you see on scam shows on television and I hope they are investigated soon.

Asked specific details to narrow transmission problem possibilities. Gave precise estimate. Found the problem was worn out tubing which was less than his already low estimate compared to others. He also accommodated an appointment change with out hesitation. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very efficient.

    Liskey's Auto & Truck Service
AAA responded to my call regarding a blown right front tire.  I have a full size spare which was used to replace the blown tire.  Took the blown tire to Liskeys from whom I had purchased a full set of replacement tires.  The tires were quite expensive and I was give a discount on the replacement tire.  I waited for the work at Liskeys since we only have one car.  Hospitality was good.   Popcorn and coffee free for the taking.  Work took approximately one hour.

In 2009, we bought a used 2007 Kia Sedona minivan. We were very impressed with the sales people. We took the van in to the service department for routine oil changes and a minor mechanical issue that fell under the manufacture car warranty. And we were even more impressed with how we were treated by their service people!

Because of their great service department, in April of 2011, when it was time for us to replace our vehicles, we went to Kia. Because of the shortage of used cars, we were able to get great returns on both of our used vehicles and decided to purchase new. We got a 2011 Sportage and 2011 Sorento. The sales process went smoothly! We have continued to use the service department for the oil changes.

Over the summer, we ordered a Yamaha roof cargo box and the cross bars for the Sorento. The parts came in when it was time for an oil change, so we asked to pick them up at the same time. The service guys had some extra time and installed the bars and cargo box for free. They really take care of their customers!

We currently have the Sorento in the Kia bodyshop to fix damage that was incurred from a rear-end car accident from 2 weeks ago. We have not seen the end results, but the process has been seamless so far! They have worked well with our insurance company, especially when more damage was found once the bumper was removed. Kia dealt with our insurance company and we received a call explaining everything that was found. They also provided us with a free loaner car. We have no doubt that the work is going to be great!

We have been so impressed with Kia's service and professionalism! We recommend them to everyone we can!

First, the FTM people were invariably civil and patient (even the manager, Chad, who patiently listened to me rant). But... In all my dealings, I had to complain to get a fair price. 1. The company agreed on the phone to match another dealer's price, but when I sat down to finish the paperwork, had boosted the price by $500. It took a long contentious discussion to get the deal promised over the phone. 2. After my scooter was 1 month in the shop* and the service was finally done, I was told that although parts and labor are covered by the warranty, an "inspection" would cost me $30. I objected and argued (successfully) that this meant there was a hidden service charge for any warranty work. So, if you're willing to argue, you can get a good deal, but be prepared for a larger price tag than you were led to expect. * It seems that this delay was mostly due to a part not being available (due to the high popularity of such scooters). It took me making a call to the Schwinn headquarters to locate and get a part mailed to FTM (after which the repair was done quickly and competently). My gripe is that had I not spent a lot of my time and effort, the "new" bike might have been standing indefinitely in FTM's shop.

We have had them do work before and never had a problem, but as soon as we picked up the car this time we started having random electrical problems that we had never experienced before. We took it back several times and after replacing a starter and battery that didn't need to be replaced, they discovered that they had failed to tighten a ground strap when they changed the transmission. Once it was tightened, all the electrical problems went away. They are still denying that they did anything wrong and are unwilling to reimburse us for our expenses. Legal action is pending.

I brought my car in on Monday and it was ready on Friday as promised. The work was perfect. Chuck explained to me how to handle the insurance claims adjuster. He also recommended a rental loaner car and gave me a ride to the location. The car rental was for $15 a day.
