Build a new home. We had lots a challenges with weather but their guys were there everyday starting in Oct 2013. We will move into a beautiful new home in early June. Well done Adelaine!!!

Generally went well. They have a great team of carpenters and all are professional and courteous. There were no major problems other than some weather issues that were beyond their control. I would recommend getting all allowances up front. The only thing we were unhappy about were the allowances alloted in the quote/budget and the fact that we didn't know those details until after we signed. Pain...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Designed and performed a major home renovation including the addition of an upper level and converting standard basement to a walkout basement. The project also included a new full bath, kitchen renovation, hardwood floor installation. The house was essentially gutted in the middle of a northern michigan winter and the roof was torn off to add the additional floor. Steel beams were brought in to add structural support that spanned floors. Really a major project which I would only trust to a builder with experience and expertise, which they had.
