    I just don't feel like he was very experienced. We will stick with him because we just need another primary care but he seems really young so we are not sure how confident we are with what he does but he's ok.

    Dr. Smith is a good gynecologist and I liked the care I received from her, but she informed me after I had established myself with her practice that she does not accept Medicare. This revelation from her was prompted by the fact that I was going to retire and would turn 65 that summer, and my health care coverage would change to Medicare. Dr. Smith informed me while she was in the examining room with me that if I wished to continue as her patient in the future, I would have to pay her a set out-of-pocket charge for subsequent annual visits once I turned 65. Medicare is very strict about members seeing only doctors that accept Medicare; otherwise, they will deny the claim. I was quite taken aback and very disappointed by Dr. Smith's policy, but I was too stunned to respond during my visit. This has been bothering me ever since that visit. I notice that another Angie's List reviewer had the same issue with her, so that is why I decided to add my experience. The date I gave is approximate, since I no longer have record of the exact date of my appointment.

    She's very warm and friendly. She's very thorough in explaining what issues you're having. She's been my gynecologist quite a long time. She even performed my hysterectomy. I would highly recommend her. I was very sick and she's very good. She's good with the family, with follow up calls. She couldn't come one time when I was in the hospital and she sent her associate to check on me. She cares about my health.

    I have used Michael Dionne since I moved here, twenty nine years ago, so, he is marvelous. My husband passed away in July and he was his physician and really kept me informed and just, he is marvelous, he is just marvelous. You can't ask for a better doctor, you really couldn't. I saw him last August or September. He is a marvelous physician and I was so glad that I had him to help out with Erick and everything and he really kept me informed. I am very blessed, very blessed to have him for my doctor. He is compassionate, very compassionate, he really cares about his patients, he really, really fights on. He is all 'A's. He would be why I wouldn't move from here, so that's pretty strong. He might recommend somebody for a specific thing.

    The 2 women at the front desk ignored me upon entering the office and when I was waiting to check out.  They did not smile or offer a friendly greeting.  I have been dealing with my chronic sinus and allergy issues for over 15 years and am very self aware.  When I explained my symptoms/problems to the DR he told me that what I was telling him was impossible; he told me I was wrong; or that I was lying.  I was flabbergasted at even the thought of being treated the way he treated me; I was also very upset by the whole situation.  I have since found another DR that is wonderful.

    I've been his patient for 25 years, He is very thorough and he really takes time with his patients. That is very welcome. The staff is quick; if I need an appointment or something, the staff will keep on me so I actually make the appointment. Knowing our busy lives, sometimes that is what it takes.

    She is an excellent doctor.  She is caring and personable.  She told me about an article concerning the issue I had but couldn't locate it then.  I was surprised to see a copy of the article in mail delivered a few weeks later.

    I had to start with petosin to induce my labor, when that didn't work they gave me a emergency c-section. Everyone at this hospital was nice and truest to make me as comfortable as possible. The birthing rooms have jaccuzi tubs which is very nice and helps with the contractions, also they are large rooms and can fit a lot of family members.

    I found I'd been misdiagnosed previously. The doctor I saw here during my original 2009 appointment said, "I'm not sure what's wrong with your foot but your ankle is sure broken!" They took care of me! I'm walking without a cast - everything is good! They're not very good about reminding about appointment though so be sure to keep them on your calendar and they have a tendency to bill for co-pays after the visit instead of asking for payment up front.

    Dr. Panagopoulos has a bad habit of cancelling pre-scheduled appointments.  Orders for braces and shoes take far longer than advertised.  Was more interested in "protecteing" my surgery than rehabilitating my foot.
