  • The job was completed the same day and was exactly as requested at a reasonable cost. Chris is very pleasant to work with. He was professional from quote to job completion. We are very happy with the work.

  • Unfortunately I paid for the whole season. That was a mistake because they don't seem to care now about the quality of their product. The lawn is filled with weeds and the house is still cover with spiders. Pick another company and pay as you go.

  • It went well. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The job carried over a holiday weekend so there was no work done then but once they started again things moved along. They were fairly responsive to questions we had after the fact. The only negative was that they broke a decorative stone bunny (sentimental value). Phil offered to replace it but never did.

  • Installation was done in a timely manner. However, within the first year two trees died one tree was replaced and the second tree has not been replaced. I have been calling going on two (2) years and have been told they would take care of it. So far nothing has been done. You do not talk to the owner you talk to Tom O'Brian who talks a good story but does not act. I called and talked to him on Friday, May 25, 2018 and he said he would return my call within 20 minutes and I have not heard back from him since. I have attempted to contact him and there is no answer and messages are not returned. Often times the mail box is full. Not sure what happened to this company but I would not recommend them for any work, they do not stand behind their product. I used them for grass cutting at one time but again would not contract with them again. I cannot remember the cost of the service or the exact date so I did not include cost and estimated the date.

  • Does anyone know if Ron is still working? Can't reach him by phone or email. Love the work Ron did for us a few years ago resetting our brick pavers and fixing our landscape lights. Need new concrete porch steps but can track him down.

  • I waited for 3 weeks for appointment on 10/4, 9AM. Brent didn't come nor called , I called him and he told me a story: too cold compressor needs warmer weather, rescheduled for noon. Again didn't come nor called. I had to leave message and he responded. He told me that his compressor broke he is hiring new one at 4 pm but it is too cold at that time so he will come on the 5th at noon. At noon didn't come. I called him and again I was forced to answering machine. I him begged him to come and to winterize my sprinklers or at least call me back. I was still hopping that he will come but after several hours I tried to call him several times. I also used even his cell phone I got from Angie's list. He responded once but pretending he can't hear me. He was saying that his cell phone is too cold and he can't hear me. That day was around 40F. I tried to call him even next day and left begging messages. He didn't call back and I was forced to scramble and beg other companies to winterize the system. Brent doesn't have honesty he will let you down for probably few dollars more from different customer.

  • Excellent service and quality. From start to finish very professional company. Jerry is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with; together we decided on what each tree needed. He was great staying in touch and being on-site when needed. The three men who did the pruning really know what they're doing. I have the highest respect for their abilities.

  • The whole experience was a nightmare. She came late to perform the job, delay the listing of my house, she resisted my wishes the whole time ( I preffered the plants somewhere and she wanted them somewhere else..., arguing with me} needless to say she subcontracted therefore there were many different guys working on the day and a half that the whole job lasted. For most of the time, to our surprise, she wasn’t there, she went out to buy the plants while the employees were working the soil, and the second day, from 8 to around 4, she was there only a couple of hours.= just to get paid. Completely unprofessional. The employees were completely unsupervised therefore we had to supervise and many of the plants died, because they weren’t fertilized properly. But wait, there is more. After a couple of months she called me saying that she made a mistake and I owed her $2000 for the job. I couldn’t believe it. We revised the invoice and we couldn’t find such difference. She claimed that had worked additional hours.I told her about the dried pines in the front and I said I would have it looked with a lawyer, but first she has to replace the pines as established in the contract. I didn’t hear anymore from her. She still has to do that. Needless to say everything is documented. I had to insist in only contacting by mail. Below are the pictures of the dried pines. Each one costed to me around 175.

  • Chrissy, the owner, came right away and they fitted me in the following week. It was a big job. They were punctual, respectful, they cleaned afterwards. I never had such a good experience with a tree company. Extremely professional. I want to nominate them for service award winners. Will I have them again? Of course. And I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

  • The crew did a professional job of pruning two large trees and two large shrubs. They thinned out and raised the canopy on the trees and did general pruning and shaping of the shrubs. When finished, they did a nice job of cleaning up.
