    Had to visit this amazing vet hospital & Dr. A while visiting NC on vacation. Although somewhat of emergency situation, they got us in the next morning & even allowed me to accompany my dog which is rare during COVID! Dr. A, thank you for running bloodwork to ease my mind! Thank you as well for seeing Rocco so quickly! Your care, compassion & hospital were amazing with both Rocco and myself and I can’t thank you enough!

    The Cat Practice
    Last mon. I had an appt. At the Cat Practice for our 4 cat's checkups. I had changed this appt. 3 times because of the virus. I wasn't keen on leaving them instead of being with them but that's the regulation. The tech brought them in from the car& called me within 15 min. to hear my concerns even though I had a list for each kitty. The Practice knows these cats& did a thorough job addressing all of my listed concerns. Dr. H called me at home to explain all findings in detail before I picked them up. I also got an email of each cat's findinga. We have a geriatric kitty with issues..all addressed & meds gone over. All at TCP are caring,loving &knowledgable & treat our kitties as their own. We love them!❤😹

    North Suburban Veterinary Hospital
    My best buddy of 17 years became ill during the Covid crisis and my vet was too busy to take her. I called so many places and none could see her right away. Finally when north suburban answered they’re phone and I could hardly speak because I was crying so hard, they seen her right away. They kept her for 5 hours and then called me to come back to meet with the Dr. He informed me that she was in renal failure and at 17 years old the best thing to do was to euthanize her. I asked if there was anything we could try to do first since she has never been ill before and was healthy prior. He said yes but was honest and said that it probably wouldn’t help. I did it anyway. He made time to take my buddy in for 4-5 hours every day for 5 days to give her fluids. Sadly he was right and it didn’t work and we finally had to say goodbye. I can’t even tell you how fabulous this place is. Every single person I dealt with there had so much compassion and kindness. In the end my bill was so cheap I couldn’t believe it. I thought I would pay thousands but it was only in the hundreds. I have been to many different veterinarians and he is the best. 10 STARS. When I get another pet I will only go there and I will tell everyone I know to switch their pet care and see Dr. J. I cannot express my gratitude enough for they’re honesty and kindness.

    I'm so grateful that Alsager's has been open during the Covid-19 pandemic. I have been bringing my dog here for years, but I appreciate them now more than ever. Their professionalism and kindness towards the animals they care for, as well as their owners, are top notch. The doctors spend time truly getting an understanding of the animals and any hurdles they may be facing. They offer preventative advice to steer the animals away from problems down the road. The prices are very reasonable. I have been to a lot of vet clinics in the area and this is by far the best one. I will not go anywhere else.

    Southgate Animal Hospital
    Always had a good experience with Southgate until last week. My final bill was over 50% over the quoted price on the phone for the spaying. Please get a quote in writing with all cost listed. I've never had this happen before and don't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.

    I've been taking my 2 cats to JAH for almost 2 years, which included all that is involved with kittens. The staff have been consistently friendly and at this point I feel secure that I can rely on them to know what they're doing and be gentle with the cats, as well as with me (1st time cat owner). The front desk person squeezed me in recently for a non-emergency, same day, because I felt it was urgent, with no hesitation and no comments after i got there from anyone. I was told on the phone that I would have to wait a while because they were booked. I'll tell you, those 5-6 minutes were brutal. :)

    While Dr. Rozenbaum is a good vet and is a nice guy his front office staff acts like they are doing you a favor by answering phones and performing their job. This is not a new issue but seems to be getting worse. I have taken my dog there for a few years now and have spent over a couple of thousand of dollars and still don't feel like we are valued as a customer. I take my dog for regular check ups and for an emergency surgery there but I do not call other than to pick up refills for his meds. That being said when I call with an emergency one would expect a timely response not attitude when I call the office. The bad definitely outweighs the good. We will be going elsewhere.

    They have been excellent. The employees care a lot and make you feel like you are part of the family. Dr Doug will talk to us a bit and will get on the floor and will play with the dog while checking the dog out. They are very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again.

    The entire staff of Ross Animal Hospital is top notch!!!! They are always professional, helpful ,and supportive. I cannot say enough about this Veterinary Hospital. They have always been spot on with diagnosis and treatment.

    I would NOT recommend this place. My friends rabbit was severely ill, they took the rabbit back and not even 5 mins later they called and said the rabbit died. They charged this 18 year old that was in TEARS $100 for the office visit because “he walked through the door” come on now, you REALLY NEEDED his money?? You should be ashamed
