Mike was pleasant and professional to talk with. The crew was focused and respectful. My yard was left in good order. I did the final landscaping myself to save money. APrestige Landscape & Design LLCMy wife and I were so pleased with Ben's landscape design knowledge and work ethic from a small landscaping project we had him do two years ago, we decided to have him do our entire yard this year. Ben's business location is approximately 50 miles from our house. Despite the long distance, Ben travelled to our house the first time to discuss our landscaping needs and take pictures of our house and yard. That visit lasted approximately 1 1/2 hours. Several days later we received an email from Ben with pictures of our house and yard with all of the plants, shrubs, and trees that he would plant in order to give us a "visual" of how the completed process would look. Several weeks later he returned to our house with landscaping design and information regarding every tree, bush, and plant he intended to use. He gave us the option at that time to add our own ideas and suggestions to the draft plan, At the end of a 2 1/2 hour detailed, informative discussion, we approved Ben's design plan and signed a contract for the work to begin. Precisely on the agreed upon start date, Ben and his worked arrived and began the project. All of the trees, plants, shrubs, and mulch used were of the highest quality available in the market. The fact that Ben takes personal pride in providing his customers with the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction speaks to his character and integrity. The completed project exceeded our expectations. Ben did such a good job on our landscaping that two neighbors approached Ben about doing their yards. Ben not only provides a one year guarantee on the products he plants, but he also includes a guarantee on his labor. And, several days after the completion of our landscaping Ben brought several more plants and two trellises and installed them at no cost to us, because he believed it would make our yard even more enjoyable. I cannot believe a homeowner could find anywhere a more conscientious and skilled landscaper. He is simply the gold standard of landscapers without peer.- Michael M.

ABowdecon LLCI was amazed Bowdecon was willing to travel several hours for an estimate, not alone to pick us up as a client. Mr. Bowden arrived to do the estimate during the time he promised. He made us aware that he is called to emergency jobs, which are crime scenes, which can sometime effect his schedule. It was courteous of him to let us know this in advance. After we gave him a tour of what needed his attention, he e-mailed a prompted and detailed bid/contract. He did not overlook any detail, which made me feel that he was detailed oriented with his physical work as well. We were not disappointed. He accomplished the work with the number of man hours he had anticipated. The hours were spread over two days instead of one because of another job that came up simultaneously with our. But, it only caused one day of delays, and did not cost any extra fees. That is a sign of professionalism. Prior to the job, he promptly answered any inquiries I submitted to him over the internet. I highly recommend using his services as I would not hesitate in hiring him in the future if we need his help again.- Ameta B.

AL & L Scrap MetalHe did a very good job. He got it all and cleaned up whatever mess he had, and he did it very quickly. They were on time, held up to their word and very efficient. They did a good cleanup job too. ANichole was wonderful. This was a sad story of a friend going through a crisis who decided to drive the Honda Accord we'd lent him for local Seattle errands to Amarillo Texas. Our friend is now back safe and recovering with his family on the east coast, but we had to get our Honda back from the Amarillo towing yard where the police had left it after taking our friend to the hospital. So we called Angie's List, which listed Hilton Auto Transport as highly rated (thank you Angie's List). Nichole was wonderful: prompt, good price, and just the nicest person to deal with. Two days later the car was on its way, and we picked it up in Seattle yesterday. I'd recommend her to anyone.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!
