    Jandrons Jewelry
When my uncle died, I inherited some jewelry.  Some was broken, some wasn't to my taste, and some was just old and dirty.  Jandrons helped me decide which to repair, which to clean, and which to sell to them.  When it was all done, I had some beautiful things.  They gave me store credit for the jewelry I turned in at one and a half times the cash value.  I was able to pick out a nice new ring for myself and repair what I wanted repaired.  They did a beautiful job cleaning and repairing.  It could have been a difficult experience (it was right before Christmas) but they took their time with me and I really feel like it was a wonderful experience.

I thought they were absolutely wonderful.Chris, made it feel like my request was perfectly normal whereas other jewelers in the area did not. I'd highly recommend them. If you want it done and done right get it done there.

They were extremely helpful and courteous when aiding me to pick out the perfect ring for my Wife. I felt very comforted knowing all the work was being done in house and using their highest quality gems. I really don't believe their gem guarantee can be beat. Their jeweler is incredibly talented and has been able to repair some other various jewelry while I waited...for a steal of a price as well. I'm soooo happy to have found them.

I went in with a loose stone of my late mother's and wanted it mounted in a ring.  They assisted me in picking out the appropriate setting.  It was mounted perfectly and it was delivered on time.  I really like the service I get here.

Wood Jewelers - RL Wood Co
Better than I expected. I had previously used other jewelers in the area and was not satisfied, so I tried their store. I am completely satisfied. The best jeweler I have ever found. The best prices, the nicest people and the quality is top notch. Thanks, Wood Jewelers.

My fiancé and I purchased a $3500 engagement ring from Kay’s Jewelers.  I had to go into an emergency surgery and was in the hospital for a month.   When I tried to refund the ring because the diamonds were turning yellow they refused because it was 9 days past the 60 day refund policy.  They told my fiancé that he should have left the hospital to return the ring while I was in surgery.  They told me the diamonds turned yellow because of my water.

My fiance'e went in to see about having her ring sized. It was a 2ct black diamond center with 56 small stones around the sides, 18k white gold plated in rhodium. The ring appraised at over $4500.00. Initially when she went in she asked about sizing it, she was told not a problem and told her to come back after the weekend, and she could drop it off. they then put a metal sizer on the ring for in the meantime. When she came back she spoke to a different person. she again asked about having the ring sized. The man looked at her and rudely said "I don't size fake steel rings". She then told him it was real and he argued with her. He then took the ring to see the 18k stamp and slid the metal sizer off center with his thumb putting a deep gouge in the plating. Only after he saw the 18k stamp did he believe it was a real ring, but still refused to size it due to the number of small stones on the side. Something about sizing it could cause the small stones to fall out. My fiancee looked at him and said ok but what about the damage you just did to my ring? He claimed it was like that before. It wasn't. Se demanded to talk to a manager who also said they would do nothing about the damage to the ring. Since then the plating as continued to come off emanating out from the gouge. They were completely rude and severely unprofessional. not only would I never go back there, but I would warn off as many other people that I can about this shady business.

My fiancé and I had purchased a ring from Kay’s Jewelers and were unhappy with it so we went to Osterman’s to get a different one because they offered to trade me for the old one.  The ring had to be resized to fit me.  They have had the ring since November and told me that they would have it to me by December 10.  It is December 28th and I still haven’t heard from them to get my ring and they refuse to refund my money.  When I called the corporate office to complain they told me they didn’t know when the ring would come and I would just have to wait.  Then they hung up on me.

Jeweler is a BULLY! This company is VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Treated me like dirt!  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I found ads in the paper, called and saw several signs advertising that this store buys unwanted gold jewelry.  I took my gold in and gave it to the lady (the lady helping me was the only nice one there). She took it in the back room where we could not see what was going on so we asked another employee why they can't weigh it in front of us.  The employee seemed irritated by our questioning but said that their scale is too big for the counter.  I had several pieces of jewelry and once they came back with a price for all, I was trying to figure out what I wanted to sell right then and what I wanted to wait on. I had them weigh a necklace separate and some earrings, then the jeweler came from the back and started hollering at me.  He said "you know this isn't a pawn shop, I don't need your gold. I have other things I have to do than weigh your gold." He then went on to tell me that I was wasting his time.  I tried to speak up and tell him that I wasn't trying to waste his time I was just trying to figure out what I wanted to sell.  He continued to try to bully me and then went to the back room again.  I was kind of shocked and confused by what had just happened and why. I have been to other jewelry stores and they are more than happy to weigh things separate for you.  It is my gold and I have the right to decide what I want to sell and not just give all of it away at once.  If he doesn't want to buy gold then he shouldn't advertise that he does. The only good thing about this place was the lady that helped me. I wish I would've asked her name but she was very apologetic for how her boss had just treated me.  She told me that she wanted to cuss him out, and said that there was no reason for him to act like that. I was still trying to figure out what I had done.  I will NEVER go back to this business, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear.  Seems like this man would only be nice if he can get money out of you not if you are trying to make money on what little you have.
