They had a special listed on there website on AC tune-ups and was well rated on angies list, so I gave them a call. Come to find out a "tune up" was only an inspection telling me how bad my unit was and needed a replacement. The visit turned into a long sales pitch (that I paid for). Great! The product advisor was very helpful in selecting the right system for our needs. The workers were timely and very efficient. All staff were very courteous. With the extreme cold this week we are very happy to have a reliable heating system in place. When I called with a question yesterday I received an answer right away, and it was easy to apply the information.

From one extreme to the other. We purchased the Vredevoogd monthly club service contract because my wife doesn't like surprises. The monthly membership provides discounts for parts, an annual visit for furnace and AC, emergency repair service no matter the time. All things that are meant to put you at ease. Our Technician (Tad) was very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, he was friendly, polite, and courteous. His services were performed exactly as he stated they would be. He was punctual and the work was completed in the time frame he said it would be.

We had a furnace cleaning and tune-up on our first visit from Vredevoogd and then had a second visit from them to have a humidifier installed. We are going to schedule a third visit in the immediate future to have a filter cabinet installed on our furnace.

Excellent. They were very punctual. Called and told me they were on the way. I told him he did have to put the shoe coverings on to come in the house, but he did it anyway. Extremely polite and professional.

Excellent! The office contacted us after scheduling an initial appointment for service was made, to notify us that a technician finished a job early and could see us later in the day. Ended up having a new unit completely installed before our originally scheduled service appointment!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
A/C recharge and repair. At visit it was determined that a refrigerant recharge, 2nd in 2 years, would be very costly with no guarantee of long term fix. We opted to proceed with an A/C unit replacement as our current unit was 14 years old.
