    We have been a customer of Bob's for years. He has done work on our washer/dryer as well as several trips to fix our Refrigerator, with one again today on 3/20/17. I have always been impressed with his punctuality and he always leaves his shoes at the door without being asked, that is rare to find a person who respects your home. The repairs have always been more than fair with cost and he has always given us options and priced out the cost in advance (no surprises). Once he even recommended we replace the unit instead of fixing it as other problems were most likely to occur costing us even more repairs. This action showed me he was truly looking out for our welfare instead of making a repair that could make him more money. I would highly recommend Johnson's Repair and will continue to send friends to them in the future. Great service, great price and HONESTY.

    When they first came out they were here for 5 minutes and said they had to order the part. Three weeks later the part came in, this was after we called two times asking for a status of the part and then they did not show up on the date they agreed to.

    not good. I was told a new brake pkg had to be installed to verify the problem and if it wasn't the brake I wouldn't be charged. well it was the transmission and it wasn't recommended I fix it as it would cost almost as much as a new washer. well I was sent a bill for 88.00 for the service calls and troubleshooting. I'm not happy.

    Very professional, prompt, knew exactly what the problem was as this was a known defect when these refrigerators came out.  We had no idea.  Had contacted Sears right after we purchased, they came out a couple times, never fixed it.  We struggled patching it together ourselves so we were so happy he knew exactly our issue.  Will definitely be our go to repair for appliances.

    Our refrigerator was not holding it's temperature, they checked everything out and it ended up being a minor repair.  With the age of the refrigerator they suggested making the repair.  It has been over a year and things are still working well.

    Called Kevin when our 10-year-old dryer just quit on us. He and a helper came within an hour, diagnosed, quoted and fixed the dryer quickly. The next day, I noticed a gas smell coming from the laundry room, turned off the gas and called kevins. He immediately realized the issue, and was out within 15 minutes. The flexihose had been bent in the process of the repair, and caused a small hole. He took total responsibility for the error, immediately replaced the hose and offered a discount on our next service. Mistakes happen all the time, but I rarely see a service professional fess up and fix things quickly. Will definitely use again.

    I have too many projects going on right now and I have dealt with people not calling, materials taking several weeks to come in so when this happened I was really frustrated. I can't remember who came out but he was awesome! I felt he was very honest, experienced, punctual and they called to say he was on his way. It helped he loved my dog! I would call them again for sure.

    Paul was on time, had to order a part and called when it came it. Was, again, on time did the work and fixed the problem. We have used Paul several time in the last several years and I can't think of a nicer person. He is my first call when something is not working and I am happy with his work.

    A service person was dispatched very quickly. When the tech (Nick) arrived, he did a lot of listening and investigating. He seemed very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with the washer very quickly. The dryer was more difficult to diagnose, because it had stopped making the noise while he was here. Nick was professional and clearly knew a lot about his job (technically as well as the history of the machines and manufacturers). He charged me just the trip charge, since it was determined that it wasn't worth servicing the machines (due to their age and extent of the problems).
