    AT&T U-Verse
Sometimes for example last December, I asked for a new remote control and they never send it. I decided I wait until I got another one from another TV I am using. If I have trouble with that, I would call and ask for two of them. They were knowledgeable.

We use Comcast.  We use them currently.  They're pretty good.  We have a deal for a year with them now so we will have to see what it is like after the deal is over.  The quality is fine.  They could keep the price down.

    A T & T WIRELESS
We have been going to them for service for two years. We have a new plan now. So, the cost is very reasonable now. It was not before though. I do not have any issues and if I call customer service, they help me on a timely manner. I think AT&T is pretty good. It is not perfect, but I do not have any problems with them.

    AT&T U-verse Flint
We do not have any premium channels. We have had problems with the boxes and remote control that they gave us. We had to have those replaced. They explained how to use the remotes and stuff when they first initially set us up.

    STAPLES THE OFFICE SUPERSTORE
Poor.  The seat of the chair in September of 2014 began to poke when I sat on it, the board in the seat had broken.  I went to the store and they told me I had to register the chair warranty and submit a claim.  I registered the chair labor day weekend and was unable to submit a claim then because on-line claims could only be submitted during certain hours.  I was on vacation and when I came home, I submitted the claim and was told that a broken seat was not covered and if a claim was submitted more than 2 weeks after the damage occurred it was not covered. No where on the card that explained the protection plan was there a time limit listed. To contact the manufacturer.  The manufacturer told me that it was out of warranty.  I put a cushion on the seat and kept using the chair. About a month later the stitching began to pull out.  I submitted another claim to staples and was told I had to have the first issue repaired before they would fix the second.  At that point I said just refund my extended warranty since they were not going to honor the warranty, and I was putting the chair out to the curb.  They told me there was a 25.00 processing fee to do this.   So the no questions asked protection plan warranty is just a way to rip you off.

    Web & Moore
Sam is very helpful, and does a great job designing websites.
We had a very bad experience with our first web design company and seo. They designed our website off a software that was not interchangeable. They basically held our website as collateral to keep our monthly fee coming in.
Sam came in and let us know exactly what needed to be changed to get our website interchangeable for different marketing companies. She rebuilt the whole website (which would normally have cost us more than we were charged.) She showed compassion for us and the situation we were in with our marketing company and website. She went out of her way to make everything better for us! Check out our new webpage! www.zencoplumbing.com   She does great work and we'd highly recommend her! We plan on doing business with Sam for years to come!!

Let me preface this by saying that I was disenchanted at best with AT&T Uverse which I had been using for a number of years.  My bill was never  the same two months in a row with wildly differing amounts due.  In addition, the equipment was inferior with frequent breakdowns of service.  In addition, the In Demand options were minimal at best.
In April, 2014, I was contacted by a young woman named Renee about returning to Comcast.  I was paying AT&T well over $300 per month for my bundled services and was very unhappy with the "services" I received so I was very interested in what Renee had to offer.  The price she was able to give me for all the services I was receiving with the exception of wireless coverage was over $100 less than what I had been paying AT&T.  She also let me know what my monthly payment would be for the first and second year of a two-year contract.  I decided that changing to Comcast would be the right thing for me to do and within a week, the service was installed.
I have heard many complaints about Comcast but thus far my experience has been positive.  I have had to contact 1-800- COMCAST on two occasions and in both instances, I was able to speak with a customer services representative quickly and my problems were resolved with minimal fuss.  The equipment, box, modem, and remote control, are far superior to those proved by AT&T and best of all, my bill has been the same for each month thus far.  I know how much it will go up at the end of the first year and at the end of the second year of the two-year contract, I will renegotiate for the next one.
My wireless contract is up in October, 2014 when the new iPhone comes out.  As Comcast has a reciprocal agreement with Verizon, I may switch over at that time depending on what they have to offer and make a complete break  from AT&T.
It should be noted that, when I called to cancel my services with AT&T, the "customer services representative" kept me on the phone for 40 minutes in a vain attempt to keep me as a full AT&T customer.  The "Manager's Special" offer that she gave me was still significantly higher than the amount I had agreed to in my contract with Comcast and when I made it clear that I was not staying, she became very hostile and unhelpful.  Lucky for her I did not write down her name and employee number and make a formal complaint.
Of course, if Comcast does not meet my needs during the next two years, I always have the option of returning to AT&T when my current contract expires.

    Elance Official Website
It's a portal where you find people from all over the world that do Website design. You can put out what you're looking for and then you have a whole bunch of different people bid it, which is nice. You can get very cost-effective great work done. You really don't talk to anyone beside the people that you had to go with. Each person is graded, so you can kinda check the rating and referrals of the person that you're working with before you go with them.

We were looking for a service with which we could use our computers that is how we chose them.  It is a bundle package.  The internet service gets right on.  The landline has standard features and we have long distance call service as well.  The TV has good channels and we have a DVR.
