Dr. Levin is very thorough and professional.  If he feels that he may need to see a skin specialist such as Dr. Heauter for a removal of a cancer  that may leave a noticable scar , he does not hesitate to refer him we are more than satisfied with him.

I went to several appointments. I never saw the doctor, but the PA was good. She cleared up my skin problems. The problem is that their phones are always busy. They need another line or something. I got so I would fax over an appointment request because I spent so much time trying to keep calling. The schedule is also really booked up.

It went great. It was just a rash and I could have filled the script for the steroid cream. But I'm one of those hippy Momma's who doesnt like to use unnecessary medical interventions. It went away on its own.

I showed up to my appointment a few minutes early. As always, I had to wait a very long time to be seen, or even called back to a room. However, my last time there, I had to wait a ridiculous ONE AND A HALF HOURS!! Actually they still didn't call me back by then. I went up to the counter and told them I am hypoglycemic and haven't ate in awhile and I felt like I was going to be sick or pass out. I didn't expect to be there that long just for a medication refill! So I thought I could go eat after my appointment. So after listening to me, they finally put me back in a room. They gave me juice and animal crackers. Then the doctor came in and asked how my prescription is treating me and I said I am doing fine with it. He looked at me for about one minute as usual and left the room. After waiting over a hour and a half to see him! (Dr. Gaffney) Needless to say, this was the last time I ever went there. I go to a different place entirely for my dermalogical needs now and am much happier. STAY AWAY! THEY ARE SLOW AND DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE!

Very disappointed with this apt. Had many skin tags to be removed. Dr. sent in a and quot;nurseand quot; in street clothes to do the job. She did not sterilize any of the area and just started cutting off the tags. No cleaning of tag removal site before or after procedure. She would not make any effort to find tags, just let me feel around and point them out to her. Did not offer me a mirror to find them either. Can you say and quot;LAZY?and quot; Also Dr. said they don't do any freezing of tags, which I would have preferred. I find it hard to believe that a dermatology office does not freeze or lazer off skin tags. They only cut them off. Ouch. Office seemed unprofessional and I would not go there again.

The experience overall went very well. Although I was very nervous for my first ever cosmetic procedure, the staff and provider were very friendly and helpful.
