    A couple years ago I had to go to Florida to take care of my mother. I needed a cleaning on my teeth while I was there so I decided to call Dr. Wigley's office to see if I could in.They got me in within a week. I was very satisfied with the hygienist and the work she performed. She was very thorough.Dr. Wigley came in after my cleaning and examined my mouth. He was very friendly. I have never had work performed by him but I have been back to their office 3 times since. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly.Very happy.

    Dental Care Team

    My wife and I are retired living on one pension. We have been customers of Dental Care team for several years. We are not their best customers because we do not have dental insurance and only go to the dentist when its a must. My wife needed extensive dental work totaling just over $6,000.. This included an initial discount if we agreed to pay for a membership. An additional discount of $420. was offered if we paid for the work in total up front. Due to the extensive work required it must be scheduled over time. I wanted the additional discount and was willing to pay up front for the work completed during each appointment. I am uneasy paying for work in total that has not been completed. I feel paying up front for each phase of the work should qualify us for the discount.

    Dental Care Team did not see it this way and insisted on the total amount up front. This is very disappointing. Our appeal to Dr. J was rejected. Others may feel differently but in my view this position is unprofessional. I would not pay an Auto Dealership up front for future auto repairs, why should I pay my Dentist up front for work scheduled but not completed. I have higher regard for the dental profession than the auto repair industry. I'm not sure why Dr. J is hung up on $420 but so be it. My wife likes her Dental Care Team dentist so this is one more battle I will put in the loss column.. Thumbs down on Dental Care Team and their business practices. Update: My wifes dental work was completed today, approximately 5 weeks from her first appointment. She is happy with the work. I am unhappy with the lack of customer support by Dental Care Team.

    I got along wonderfully with the hygienist. She was easy to talk to and answered my questions. We even had a few laughs over favorite movies. The doctor was friendly and fast - his years of experience really showed. I didn't feel the shot to freeze part of my mouth and he clearly answered several questions I had.

    Drs. Burau Cosmetic and High Tech Family Dentistry
    We go to Drs. Burau Cosmetic and High Tech Family Dentistry for general dentistry. We are very happy there. They are very caring and very accommodating. It is kind of like a blend between a fly experience and a dental visit. They put a blanket on you and you can watch DVDs. You are in complete comfort. It is much unlike what people consider when they go to the dentist. They don't have any issues with availability either. The staff members are very friendly in there.

    Drs. Burau Cosmetic and High Tech Family Dentistry
    I have gone to Drs. Burau for years. Both Drs. are very good dentists and their work is consistently high quality. They are continually staying on top of the latest technology in dental care. Neither me nor my family has ever had anything but a great experience with them. Between us we have had everything from cleanings to complex root canals done without any issues.
    In addition to Dr. Scott and Dr. Brad, the rest of their office staff is friendly and helpful.

    Convenient Family Dentistry
    Great! The staff is always very friendly and the doctor told me my teeth seem to be well taken care of. They listen to your concerns and make sure you are satisfied before you leave the office. They even walk you out to the front desk afterward. Also the office is very nice and cozy.

    This deep cleaning was awesome. It took two appointments to complete, and while a bit messy, was a wonderful service. My family has been going to Dr. Chinonis for many years and she and her staff have always taken very good care of all our dental needs.

    They have done caps, crowns, bridges and partials for me in the past. My granddaughter also goes here. I have a follow up coming up. I've been going there for over 30 years. The staff, the work, and the environment keep me coming back. They are never late, ever.

    She is excellent all across the board as far as getting in. You are on the waiting list. You can get in earlier sometimes on your appointments. The billing is wonderful. They tell you right out front. They handle your insurance. If you have to notify your insurance they will do that, so you know exactly what you are paying for when you come out of that procedure. There is no surprise as far as price. She is very highly qualified and very knowledgeable. She will explain to you exactly what she did to your child.

    Convenient Fam Den PC Flint
    Convenient Family Den PC Flint are open on weekends. That's a big one, for people that work during the week. They're all very pleasant and seem to be reasonably priced, but I admit I don't have much basis for comparison. They're thorough. They seem to care about their patients. They're also pretty gentle when it comes to cleanings and things like that. I didn't leave there feeling in pain and everything. There are billing issues and it's not really their fault,  but I just wish it was a little more consistent. I don't like getting a bill later.
