APlatinum Wildlife RemovalThe guys were able to set traps for the mice, install one way doors for the bats, and do a full seal up of the apartment complex. I hired them 3 weeks ago and have not seen an animal since. The tenants were starting to complain so it was time to call someone. APest EZHe's really responsive. We used them in a Big Deal for an insect outside and inside spray. He told us what his findings were and what their additional services were. So I went ahead to increase our services for the whole year instead of that one application. So we decided what we should do and they said they would come every 90 days through the year unless there is a problem. He's a nice guy, and he offered additional services if we needed them. They also do animal control. So they're one of the few companies that do both insect and animal control. I last had contact with them about the third week of May. The Big Deal service was $99 but when we moved to the whole year service we pay $365.- Barbara M.

AExpert Bed Bug ExterminatorsWe had an infestation of bed bugs in our Michigan home and I called Tom at expert bed bug exterminators. He took all the time we needed to understand the process. We then set up a time to have this process done. Prior to the extermintition process he had me take pics of the house to prep for the heat treatment. Tom arrived on time and even arrived in an unmarked vehicle so no one knew what was going on. The whole process took around 48 hours, and Mr. Hannah's professional knowledge and experience made this process pain free. All our questions and concerns seemed to be his top priority, he alleviated all our concerns prior to starting the job. Our comfort with the process seemed to be his highest priority. No other company I talked to was even half as concerned for our state of mind, and none were willing to spend the time to walk us through this process as thoroughly as Tom. The bed bugs are gone, and we have peace of mind, thanks to expert bed bug exterminators! Highly recommended!- Kristi C.

ACalled about an ant problem, and made an appointment with Gary for the next day - was happy about his fast response. He quickly assessed the problem as "thief" ants and answered all my questions about treatment. He put out ant buttons and sprayed the exterior foundation of the house. He also gave me a written guarantee that if the ants came back within 60 days, he would return and do alternative treatments at no charge. Well, the ants were gone in two days, and fingers crossed they stay gone. He was knowledgeable and his price was comparable to one other estimate I got, and cheaper than another. BUT what was important to me was that he was the ONLY exterminator who was willing to go into the crawl space under the house IF NECESSARY to do the job. That speaks to his level of professionalism.

AI went with this company because I realized I had bed bugs and was terrified. Tom (the owner) answered my call and was ready to treat my home immediately. He responded quickly to all my questions when preparing for the treatment. The heat treatment was thorough yet efficient and pics were sent proving the 140+ degree temperature in each room of my home. Treatment was Friday, October 11th and I'm still bed bug free!
