  • Couldn't have been better! I can't say enough good things about Maples Collision. This is a family owned business and the pride of ownership definitely shows. Their attention to detail, work ethic and great customer service is second to none. I took a vehicle in that I had purchased with some damage so I was paying out of pocket. I was pleasantly surprised first of all with the time that Craig took to locate used and aftermarket parts to help keep the cost down. I am sure that if I had taken it anywhere else that would not have happened. Secondly, I was pleased with how fast the whole process was. Within a day of getting the estimate, the parts were already in and being worked on. Within two days they were ready for me to drop off my vehicle and the job was completely finished within four days. I was provided a loaner car to use (at no charge) while the work was done. They did an excellent job! The cost was very reasonable, without compromising quality. The paint match couldn't have been better and my car looks like new! Maples Collision has been in business for decades and their years of experience definitely shows. I would most definitely return if I have the need for any of their services in the future. In fact, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

  • My transmission went out in my BMW X5. 
    The quote from the dealer to replace my transmission was over $7000.  
    I called Cottman Transmission and they told me to bring it and they would look at it. 
    They ended up being able to fix it for almost half of what the dealer wanted. 
    The guys there seemed to really want to take good care of me and my car and I appreciate that.

  • They didn't change my oil filter. I caught them. On the way their, I put some marks on the oil filter. I had it done and then I come home  to wash the car. I looked at the oil filter and the marks I put on were still on it. I went back up there and the guy gave me a bad time. I started changing my oil again. They're slow because so many people go to them.

  • There my guys.  They're wonderful.  It was probably about 14 months ago.  I think because you can get it done cheaper other places, however, they're more than excellent and they don't pressure you to get other things done.  They don't pressure you and I like that.  They showed me how dirty it was.  They're excellent  and I would go back to them.

  • I used Safelite Auto Glass and they came to my home and put a whole brand new car window in for me.  That was a year and a half ago.  They were excellent.  I would get them again.

  • I used them about three years ago.  I had been going to them for a long time.  This one day I took my car in for a simple oil change, and my car was in very good condition, so I got home and pulled my car in the garage and went in the house.  I had to go somewhere a little while later.  So I went out and pulled the car out of the garage, well I realized I had forgotten something in the house, garage door was still up.  So I parked the car and went back in and when I got in the garage I saw this leakage all over the floor of the garage.  I took the car back down there and low and behold I had a gasket leak.  Well I confronted the man that worked on my car and I said you know what, that car didn't leak before I went in there but it's leaking now.  They wanted to charge me three hundred and some dollars and I refused.  I said there is no way I'm paying that and I looked straight at the guy and said you made me a come back.  I said, I talked to my mechanic friend and he thoroughly believes that you made me a come back and I'm not paying for that, and he just shook his head yes.  He didn't say a word, he just shook his head yes.  They went ahead and repaired it but the owner made me pay for the gasket.  I went ahead and paid it just to get out of there and I'm never going back.

  • I took my car in for a tune up and to have a noise checked out. He did an oil change and repaired my hight beam switch be

    cause it was not working. I checked out the engine and said I needed a new camshaft. I said okay to the camshaft and when he pulled the engine to do that he found the holes for the lifters looked bad to him. He told me that the engine did not go thru process 2 and 3 at the factory, (engine had 122,000 miles on it). The engine was no good and I had to get a new engine. Well I believed what he said, since he has been in business for 38 years and GM Certified. I went with a new engine in October. He got the engine in but it was still not running very good. He is trying this and that and tweaking this and that. I asked for a bill in late November to find out how much I owed him and he said he was working on it. It is on his desk. He should have it done Friday ect ect ect. There was always an excuse on why it was not done. He was working with the carburator, he rebuilt the old one, put on a new one and finally put the old one back on. Finally in April 2013 I told him I wanted my car back and that is when I received a bill for $9852.83. I was in shock at the bill. He went thru the bill with me and found some mistakes that he would correct. The car was still not running right and they could not even keep it running to get it out of the garage. I took the car to another mechanic who determined in less than 15 minutes that the carb was not rebuilt with the right parts. He rebuilt it and I took the bill to Drago's and he reimbursed me the amount the other mechanic charged me and I felt he should have reimbursed me what he charged me which was more.
    After going to Back to the Bricks and talking with a lot of car people I asked them about my engine and they all said the same thing, they never heard about process 2 and 3 that an engine went thru. Some asked if the block was cracked and I said no. They said it could have been fixed. So I took the engine to three separate mechanics who all told me the same thing. It could be rebuilt, it just needs a camshaft and the lifter holes can be polised with no problems.
    After that I contacted a lawyer and settled out of court for a cash settlement and took the engine to another mechanic who rebuilt it and the car drives like a new car. It is awesome.  It runs smooth, starts right up and has the get-up-and-go it had before. This car was my Mothers and she bought it when it had 300 miles on it, it was a PEP car for GM executives. I got it from her in 1985 and it has always been driven and taken care of the right way, no hot rodding or wheel spinning. When I picked the car up from Drago's I told the lady there that my car would never come back to their shop and Gary Drago was the worst buisnessman I  have ever dealt with.

  • They do an excellent job. You have to sit in lines and the waits are long. That's the problem. You spend about two hours to get an oil change and save about 15 minutes. I've been using the company for three years. I like their professionalism. They are careful about what they do. They let you know before they do anything. If you need anything, they actually let you know.
