The refrigerator is quite old, but is able to be repaired. The repairs will be done within two weeks time and I am very happy with the service. I will even happier when the refrigerator stops freezing all our veggies!

    Neli Virtual Appliance Repair
It went great and I left Harmond and Neli a great review on the chat survey that I wish I had copied to past here as I wrote everything I felt about the Tech and the company and it was all good. I will be using the Neli services again when any of my appliances need attention / repair. Thank You Neli.

Scott T. was a HUGE help and had very practical knowledge regarding my product and the problem. This may be a warranty issue but the next step is to contact Frigidaire directly.

    Michigan Appliance Repair
Our Viking Professional ReFrigerator comoressor needed replacing after 14 years. The technician, Rob, was on time, courteous and extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is honest and won’t suggest anything that isn’t necessary. I highly recommend and ask for Rob!

Mark called within a couple minutes. Was at my door within minutes (I was lucky he was in the area). He diagnosed the problem immediately - was something I could handle myself. He gave me instructions. Totally restored my faith in human kind which had been at an all time low for a couple of days. Friendly, kind - recommend him highly.

    Kearsley Appliance Repair Inc
I contacted Kearsley Appliance Repair and the next day they sent a repairman out. Brandon gave me a 20 min. heads-up call and arrived right on time. He was professionally polite and did a few preliminary checks. He suspected it was the defrost control unit and confirmed that after removing a panel. He had the part ordered while he was still at the house. The part came in 4 days later, and I was contacted to set up a time for him to come back out and replace the bad part. Just as before, I got a heads up call and he arrived on time. In less than 30 minutes the work was done and the refrigerator is working fine. I thought that the work was good, and the price was fair. I would definitely call them for other repairs.

    A & E Factory Service
Two servicemen showed up to my home. They asked me what the problem was and I told them that a brown slime was coming into the wash tub from the inner drum and was proceeding to get worse. It was getting all over the clothes and the smell permeating from the machine was just awful. The older repairman did all the talking. The younger repairman just stood there listening. I was told by the older repairman that the problem was my laundry detergent! Hello? I knew that couldn’t be true. I follow the owner’s manual directions for ALL of my appliances. I never “overused” the laundry detergent and bought the “HE” brands designed for newer machines. I always cleaned the washing machine promptly when the cleaning light came on. I told the repairman (once again) that the problem was inside the inner drum that held the outer wash tub. I said THAT is what needed to be looked at! He immediately told me that “THEY DID NOT DO THAT KIND OF WORK!!”. They left without even touching the washing machine. They never pulled it out, opened it up, or used even one tool on it. Also, when I asked for a receipt as proof of their visit, they said one would be emailed to me. When I opened that email, I noticed that it said I was provided with an estimate. I NEVER WAS. Also, in the area where the customer is supposed to sign, they had forged an “X” as my signature. I remembered going through this same routine with the same company (different repairman) in 2018 when my three year old Maytag washer needed repair. I was told that they didn't do that kind of work and that I would have to deal with Whirlpool directly. Another thing I was told by A&E Factory Service is that if they cannot find the model and serial number on the actual appliance, they will not service it! Although mine was still visible (at only 1 year and 5 months old), what about people who have older appliances, where this information can no longer be read? I want others to be aware of this, too. It doesn't matter if you have that information in the manual your appliance came with. According to them, it HAS to be visible on the appliance. No OTHER repair companies have EVER told me that. I will never again allow this shady company to step one foot into my home. I would like to warn others so that the same thing doesn't happen to them. A&E Factory Service provides ZERO SERVICE and they have no business being IN business. They feed people a line of BS and leave. Please check out other review sites, such as Consumer Affairs and Indeed (which has reviews from the people who once worked there) if you need further testimonies regarding this company.

    Turner Appliance
I was truly impressed by the communication and willingness to go the extra mile. When we realized that the switch was bad, the repair person did not have the part on hand. He said that he would need to order it and come back on Monday to put it in. That would likely fix our problem unless the compressor had also failed. I was not looking forward to a weekend with just a cooler and no chance to refrigerator shop if needed but I understood. 30 minutes later the repair person called back and said that he was able to find the part back at the office and would bring it back to my house immediately instead of waiting until Monday. He came back, fixed the fridge, and took away the problem before the weekend! I was amazed...it is not typical to get service like this in my experience. This is the second time I have used their repair service and I will use it again.

I went directly to Angie's list and put in a request for contact. Mark Glasstetter (owner) immediately called me within minutes to talk about my problem with the refrigerator. The fastest service I have ever gotten from a repair person. He assured me my refrigerator would be fine until the next morning. He was at my house early for an 8:00am appointment the next morning. He took him minutes to diagnose and he ordered the part then reassembled my refrigerator so I could use it until the parts came in. The parts were sent over night and the refrigerator working like nothing happened by Wednesday morning. I can't say enough he was clean, professional, honest about the repairs and his appearance reminded me of the repairmen of old with a crisp uniform and he was always early to his appointment time. 250.His prices were very reasonable and his house call price was below that of other places. I will most definitely use him again.
