    Top Choice Home Improvement, LLC.
The entire project went very well. The crew performed the job within the time frame specified and within the quote/price agreed upon. Bob (contractor/owner) was very precise in his proposal which meant I knew exactly what materials and fixtures were included in the quote. This was a far cry from the other companies I contacted previously who provided sloppy quotes, dubious pricing and vague information on their proposals. I requested some changes to the scope of work (i.e. tile choices, faucet types etc) and they all went very smoothly since everything was clearly itemized in Bob's proposal. Brian (installer) and his crew did a wonderful, top-quality job the entire time. We had a few minor hiccups along the way but Brian handled them quickly and professionally. The crew made sure that the entire area was swept clean at the end of the day and that provisions were made to keep the rest of the home as dust-free as possible. Communicating with both Bob and Brian was not an issue. They were both very prompt in replying either to my calls, texts or emails. All in all a great job. Kudos to Bob, Brian and the rest of the team!

    D & K Home Improvement LLC
D&K came over for an estimate and told them what we wanted. Since we had a basement, they could easily access the plumbing from below. We had the shower, the tub, and the big mirror taken out. The new shower was moved to where the tub was. They put up framing for a wall so where the shower was, would now be a space for the new vanity and cabinet. They drywalled, primed the wall, and put in trim. Also, they installed heated floors, tiled the floor and shower, repaired the drywall were the big mirror was and put a bullnose tile in the rear of the existing vanity. They put back and painted all the wood trim and put in a ceiling light in my linen closet. We had purchased the necessary materials like the tile, the heated floor kit, grout, and plumbing fixtures for the shower. They made a niche in the shower wall and put in a corner seat and new shower door. Our carpenter came later to put in a custom made cabinet with an area for a vanity top and draws underneath. Now it looks and performs great and we have something that does not look cheap and like all of the other bathrooms in our development. D&K was always polite and professional. They are willing to work the with the customer to give them what they want.

When we ordered everything the salesperson was very helpful and was able to beat the competitors prices substantially but once they got our money their tune changed. I had to go to their warehouse three times (45 miles each time) because they said they my order was ready but when I got there it really wasn't. When I finally got my cabinets (made by Walburn) and went to inspect the draw fronts the stain they used didn't get into the corners. They were prompt to reorder time which took another 4 weeks and when they came in they said I now had install the fronts which meant I had to make them all fit. Mind you the drawer fronts were mounted at the factory. I asked why if they made the mistake I had to install them and they said "its not our responsibility to install them." They were very rude about the whole situation. For the counter tops, Kurtis subbed to Hard Rock Stone and they were great (I recommend calling them directly). When I called Kurtis to let them know we were ready for template both phone and emailed I was told they would like Hard Rock know. A week later when I hadn't heard from Hard Rock I followed up and was told they were never contacted! When Hard Rock came to perform the install one of the installers asked what I thought about Kurtis and when I told him they were great until they got my money he said he hears that from every client who has used them.

    Perfection Home Remodeling
Perfection Home Remodeling was very professional. They were very helpful in making suggestions and kept us informed of any issues and decisions that had to be made. The drywall work is impeccable; you cant tell it was repaired. The tile in the shower, floor and design looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend them for a bathroom remodel.

We?ve had nothing but trouble with it. The owner is so rude, and doesn?t even return your phone calls when you call to complain. They do the worst work I've ever seen! My shower cracked in a corner within 10 days of the job being done. He did come out 2x and try to putty it up, but it keeps on re-cracking. He says it's because it's an upstairs bathroom, yet I never had that problem in the past. He took out my copper pipes, and then my water was rusting as it comes out, he said it couldn't happen till I proved it. He did fix that. They were supposed to give me a 10 year workmanship warranty, but they won't ever return my calls so I've given up. It's the worst thing ever! The best advice I can give you is don't even build a dog house with them if you love your pets!

It took a couple days to get back with me to set up an appointment. That was fine. The owner came to the house to look at the projects and collect data to create a quote. It seemed promising at first. But the longer he was there the less impressed I became. First he started off with the stairs. I need to have mine torn out and replaced with a larger tread. He seemed pretty thourough on what and how he would do them. I seemed confident at that point with him. Then off to the master bathroom. He didn't really seem to understand what I was envisioning. Last we went outside to get a quote for a deck. This is where he lost my business. He didn't take measurements or drawings He didn't even ask or want to know how big or what shape. He asked a couple general questions and ball parked some measurements and that was it. I have had other places quote me for the deck and it seems a lot more goes into being able to quote a price considering how detailed this Trex deck will be. Since the visit I have received price quotes via email (which was nice) for the stairs and bathroom but still nothing on the deck.
