    WaterWork Plumbing
I was very pleased with the service. WaterWorks plumbing was quick to return my calls, showed up when they were expected, and performed the service in the scoped amount of time. All work completed was done well and looked great. Highly recommended to others in need of plumbing work. Thank you!

    Universal Plumbing & Sewer Inc
I had a small back up in the basement anytime we flushed, showered, or used the toilet. Scheduled Universal Plumbing & Sewer to come out the next day. They were able to come out earlier than expected, which was great. Mark M. was super friendly and knowledgeable. He cleared the clog out of the sewer line, and he gave me a quote and info on the pricier option (water jetting) that would clear out all the roots. $140 in total since I had a $50 coupon from their website and they waived the travel fee. Way cheaper than I was seeing online from other companies. Ill use them again for any plumbing-related projects and maintenance the water jetting is likely next.

Dealing with Universal Plumbing and Server was excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional. Service was prompt and quickly available. The team was very skilled and knowledgeable. They were very consciousness of cleanliness and got along great with my dogs. They explained everything at each step and let me watch everything they did with their superior camera system. Initially they snaked the drain as best could be done, but because of the extensive tree root intrusion it was clear that the High-Pressure Water Jetting option was required. This was amazing! Jonah and his team worked diligently and stubbornly until every clog was cleared and water was flowing freer that ever before with any other plumbing service. I am certain this will eliminate my frequent plunging and basement clean-ups and help to save me from extensive and costly repairs in the future. The team went above and beyond, and I am 1000% satisfied with their work.

    Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
Fine. Cregger's had repaired same faucet earlier in the year. They repaired it again this time at no charge since it was under warranty. They suggested that we not turn off faucet so tightly since that may have caused the washer to become damaged. We have since complied with no problems whatsoever.

Bad. Basement floor drain was holding water likely filling from drain tiles under basement. Plumber destroyed metal caps to basement clean outs with hammer drill. (I'm actually told that no plumber has or brings the tool to actually unscrew those properly.) Snaked one of the closeouts and brought back nothing, it's a long run so had someone drop of longer snake. Said I needed a new clean out in front yard. Typically these are a lot of money... Truth be told, maybe I do, maybe I don't. I do know that I don't based on what they were called out for. Unfortunately had to wait until I had time to seriously look at the situation and had to run a portable water pump for some days until I could. Things got out of control a few times but, was able to keep anything major from happening. I cleaned out the clean outs with fresh water and from a pressure washer to get rid of a lot of the rust and muck till it became clear. (At no time did the plumber try fresh water in the clean out or see if the water level increased and it was right there and offered if needed.) No, it was not holding water just dirty rusty water. I was able to actually see to the bottom after it all settled and saw top of what is called a black flow valve sticking out. We'll gosh golly I reached down and found a crevice loosened it up and even felt something pass that I didn't get a chance to get hold of. All the water held in the drain lowered and back to normal. Problem solved and proven over time (no more basement drain flooding) and thanks for nothing but an unneeded snaking, useless suggestion to have a clean out installed in the front yard for $3250.00 only make your job easier, and destroying the metal caps I had a hard time replacing. Also thanks for not reaching down there and feeling for the back flow I was able to find. The only good news is that I was finally able to find metal caps that fit and also replace some o-rings that were worn out to create a better seal and I bought some other things where I don't think I'll need a plumber again unless something really bad happens. This was all less money than it was to have them out. If you have newer stuff maybe you can call them out. If you are on older then don't bother. Matter fact, I think you should just call someone retired or find or talk to an old pro if you can or do it yourself. I think it's just how it is. They don't care.

    Universal Plumbing & Sewer Inc
We called them because our drain was slow. He (Mr. Jonah) came out and evaluated the situation and fixed it. He then went the extra mile. He noticed we had a playpen for an infant and also noticed that our water heater was set too high and could scald the baby by accident. We told him that we tried to put it lower and the temp was then luke-warm at best. He then proceeded to try and fix that problem free of charge. He also gave us excellent tips on how to prevent clogs in our sink, toilet etc. It was a wonderful experience and this is why I always depend on this company for all my plumbing needs. (We have an old house, so things come up every once in a while). I highly recommend them.

    Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
It was a major en-devour, but I could not beat the price , expedience(needed to sell home), and professionalism of Tom and the team. Also one of the only handy men who take care when cleaning up after themselves! (that is rare)

    WaterWork Plumbing
Great! WaterWork originally performed this job back in March, and the plumber repaired the faucet with a plastic part when it should have been replaced with a brass part (per Mark). I called them having issues with the faucet, and they came back the same day and replaced the part with the correct part free of charge. I have used WaterWork for other projects in the past and never had any issues, I recommend them to anyone in the area. I am disappointed that I will be moving outside of their service zone (Green Oak Township/Brighton), they are very reliable and take care of their customers.

    DJ MURRAY PLUMBING
I don't usually write reviews, but Tony and DJ Murray Plumbing were such professionals I had to take the time to endorse them! My wife and I just moved to Ferndale from San Diego, CA and bought our first home. Its a gorgeous 100 year old home with so much character - but we quickly learned with the age of the home comes inevitable up keep and challenges. Though we had the home inspected before purchase, within one week of being in the house we noticed our basement was leaking from a pipe on the floor (that we were fairly certain was somehow connected to the sewer) after my wife had used our bath tub for the first time. Of course I was filled with anxiety and dread not knowing how much this disaster was going to cost us. I called D.J. Murray because they're magnet was left on our refrigerator and I am so happy that I did. Tony came out to our house right away and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He was able to control the leak and explain to me exactly what had happened in terms I understood. He was very patient and thoroughly explained the procedure and up keep that I needed to do in the future to prevent this type of problem from reoccurring. Of course I expected a ridiculous bill to accompany his help, but I was surprised with how reasonable the cost was - even for my big problem. I highly recommend DJ Murray for your sewer and plumbing needs! -Drew Hollowell, Brand Manager, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

    Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
Both jobs done efficiently with no problems whatsoever. Plumber appeared punctually and performed all work professionally and courteously. He did not know we had already made partial payment via Angies List. So I was charged a larger amount than necessary. I called the office later and explained what had happened. Cregger's was very understanding and immediately refunded the overpayment.
