    Mitul Shah MD
He is just great! I have been going to him for three years now. He has a very gentle calm manner about him. He is quite knowledgeable and he is very reassuring. He genuinely cares about his patients. The billing has really improved recently.

I've been going to her for about 7 years. You can really talk to her about anything and she treats you like a human. For instances, she may be shy about telling you doctor worrying about being judged and with her, there's no problem. You can tell her anything and so she can give you advices and it's not bad. You don't have to be shy. She tells me what I need to do and she does a good job but it's hard to get in.

I have been a patient of hers for twenty years. She listens to her patients and tries very much to pinpoint the diagnosis and to recommend treatments that are appropriate. She has a very caring bedside manner and puts you at ease when you are in her care. Dr. Hamlin is also extremely knowledgable and I would highly recommend her.

He is very good. He is brilliant, and that is why I keep going to him. He is one of those doctors who you can go to, explain your symptoms, and he knows what you have. He is definitely good. I have been going to him for sometime, until I have known the staff. The staff is always pleasant, and concerned about the patients.

Dr. Mitul Shah is too-notch, and really listens and communicates well. He does not over medicate and has been responsible for finding underlying chronic health conditions that other doctors missed for years. Thanks to him my condtions are under control and I am feeling healthy and vigorous. The problems are with the staff and administration. First, you will routinely wait 45 minutes to an hour to see the doctor. In the meantime, unprofessional staff will brusquely take your weight, asking you to take off your shoes and stand on a dirty floor and scale. I refuse to take off my shoes. The techs do not tell you the readings, so you have to ask, and if they are off you have to beg them to retake them. Blood pressure, for example, is taken only once, and I ususally ask for it to be taken a second time and they get very different results. If you need to visit the lab/testing area for a sample draw, injection, or test (ekg, for example) they are always understaffed and you feel like you are marginalized as staff come and go with private conversations. Billing is a nightmare. For this most recent visit the office billed the visit correctly, but gave the lab the wrong billing code, and our insurance rejected it. When I contact the lab they tell me they can only bill as they are told, and EPG billing refused to tell the lab the change the code, explaining to me that the tests are not routine. Each year I have the same tests and they have been billed as part of the annual physical and been covered. This year the EPG billing office will not budge and my tests are not being paid by my insurance until the code is changed, which I fear will beinever.
I love Dr. Shah, he has been caring for all our family members for years, but I am at my wits end with his office. The are routinely unprofessional and cold, having private conversations everywhere, leading me to wonder if they are paying attention to their work.
I am looking for a new doctor, only because of the staff and administration of the office. What a shame.

I have been visiting Dr. Hamlin as my general internist for about 15 years. She is a board-certified osteopath who is the most competent, caring, and professional physician I have ever encountered. Over the years my treatments have dealt with the following problems: annual physical; skin cancer; orthopedic shoulder pain; heart issues; diet; prostate cancer. In all cases, she has provided appropriate care targeted effectively on the problem and ultimately helping to solve it. If Dr. Hamlin does not have the necessary expertise, then she has always recommended skilled, board-certified physicians/surgeons who have been able to treat the issue effectively as well. I would without reservation recommend Dr. Hamlin to any person seeking an outstanding, compassionate internist to handle issues concerning their general health and well-being.

I've seen a few different doctors depending on who is available and what for. They are all very competent and really wonderful to work with. The last doctor I went to was really friendly and very helpful. Their facilities are really nice. They are clean and modern. The doctors take the time to really talk to you, which is always nice. I never feel rushed when I'm in there. They do a good job of scheduling so you don't wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. They try to make sure that they're not overbooked. She gets right back to you if there is an issue.

He takes a holistic approach so he is anti just writing you a prescription and sending you on your way. He looks more at the whole body and tries to get to the root of the problem you are having instead of just the symptoms.

Initially I was very Happy with the staff at Exclusive Physicians Group, but as i continued going to them i found to increasingly frustrating.I had to have a surgery and they referred me to a doctor that had retired from performing surgery, They don't fully listen to my questions and concerns, and recently sent me a letter regarding my test results, which i later found out they never received. I had to ask in order to have general questions answered, when it should have been told to me upfront. Such as how long, and how i would get the results of my tests. I will say that i do like that they can perform many things in office such as x-rays and other in office lab procedures. And that my Gyn is in the same office building and they are able to work together quickly. But because of the a fore mentioned things i have to look for a new doctor, who i feel will fully listen to my questions and concerns, and properly communicate to me what is going on medically.

In general, the office staff is not very "user friendly" but once you get in to see the doctor, the treatment is very good.

From a medical point of view, I think the doctors and physician assistants are all very good. They are patient, good listeners, have good "bedside manner", and have always provided me with very good medial advice and treatment. Sometimes when I get an appointment near the end of the day, the doctors are running behind schedule (sometimes as much as 45 minutes).

The office staff is a different matter all together. Whenever I call the office, I always have to play games with their computer menu system. Then when I think I have the right area, I have to leave a message which never gets returned with only one call. Also, when I do speak with someone, I often get transferred to several different people to get the answer I am looking for. Also, more than once they have called me 2 - 3 hours before my scheduled appointment (after I made arrangements at work or home) to say that my appointment is cancelled and asking to reschedule.
