Frank, Jay, and their team were amazing. Not only did they beat other contractors' estimates; they also had the job completed weeks before other local companies would have even started. Frank was supportive with design and financing decisions and responsive whenever we had a question or a scheduling concern. Our house looks 100% better now thanks to Dinverno Remodeling & Construction!

The initial meeting with the owner was great-- he was really enthusiastic about the project and had a lot of ideas on things to do. After several days went by, I did not hear back on my quote so I followed up with him via email. No acknowledgment of my email. Never heard back. Highly disappointing and a waste of time.

Lee is the best, hands down.  I own a rental property in Ferndale and the city requires an inspection of the fireplace every two years.  Lee is the only person I have ever used and he is always on time, super friendly, always does  a great job cleaning the fireplace and then cleaning up.  I've also used him for the random one off repair like patching broken concrete steps and also patching around the foundation of my brick house.
He is fair, has great pricing, does a great job, and is a wonderful guy.  Look no further than Lee, trust me!

It went great. The quote was in line with what other companies provided and they were able to perform the work right away (everyone else was scheduling at least six weeks out).  The concrete looks great and the whole process only took about two hours.

    Jen Czach Construction LLC
We live in a 1925 bungalow with a lot of bad do-it-yourself work in it. We hired Jen because she has great experience working in old homes! When we first met with her she was so nice and we knew she was the right person for the job! We had a laundry list of items we wanted her to work on as we were putting our house on the market. The biggest project was remodeling the bathroom in the upstairs. The plumbing work that was in there was crazy - they had the toilet up on a raised platform just to get it to drain properly, the vent stack was an exposed cast iron pipe that was unsightly and prone to sweating and a bit of leaking, the floor was an ugly linoleum that was peeling up and the the whole thing just needed a facelift. Jen's team replaced the plumbing and the vent stack with PVC, enclosed the stack, replaced the toilet, put in a new floor (which looks awesome!) and put back in the existing sink and claw foot tub with new fixture. When I show people before and after pictures they can't believe how great it looks! They also rebuilt the door frames and put in new doors in the upstairs as those had been done by a previous owner and the doors did not close and were in rough shape. What concept to have a bathroom door that closes all the way! We have an enclosed front porch and the front side of the house is wood. The border wood along the exterior of the porch has started to rot due to overflowing gutters, etc. Her team replaced those pieces. Inside the porch the beadboard ceiling was very old and was sagging with age (and when they opened it to peak in they realized it wasn't secured all that well) so they were able to put new beadboard up right over the top of the existing ceiling to eliminate a mess. Lastly, one corner of our very large deck had starting sinking. In order to not have to dismantle pieces of our deck, her crew actually crawled under the deck and dug new posts, secured with concrete, etc. all while laying on their bellies in that tight space. We were amazed and so thankful they saved us the extra work of having to replace boards and re-finish! Overall we were so happy with Jen and her team's work. Everyone was so friendly and they did quality work in a very short amount of time so we could get our house on the market. I would highly recommend Jen and we would love to use her again in future remodels at our new house!

They quoted me on a job but never provided me with an estimate. I called several times and kept getting the runaround. They said they sent things but never did, I sent them emails asking to reply with an estimate and they never did. The last I heard from the owner was that he was taking another contract and he might be able to do my porch before that work got started but he never got back to me. They wasted my time.

He came out for an initial estimate and was back about a week later to do the work. He answered all of our questions prior to starting work. They completed the job in a timely manner, were able to accommodate a small design change without a fuss, and their price was reasonable. Though I did have concerns during and after the job he came out and addressed each one to my satisfaction.

Subcontractor appeared without notification. I had to go to work. When I returned work was done but old railings had not been removed. I had to leave the following morning to go out of town. I returned two days later, old railings removed but downspouts had not been reattached. I called the company and they sent a crew to complete job. Final billing was $200 less than agreed with annotation that railings were dipped not powder coated as originally contracted. After job completion the clean-up was barely acceptable.

It went pretty well. He was friendly and professional and was flexible and willing to work with us on what we wanted. I wanted the wood to match my existing deck and he assumed it was one wood and it was actually something different. He also failed to estimate one of the steps on the deck so the final cost was higher than expected
