AThe Carpet Guys LLCFrom the sales person to the final installation, everything was smooth and easy. The product was brought in two days before and I got a call before hand, to let me know they were on their way. I got a call from Nick, the installer, prior to his arrival. Nick was a great installer! He finished the room in 3 hours!! I had all furniture and carpeting removed before hand, so all that was needed was to lay the flooring, but still, I thought it would take most of the day. I was socked by his kind words, friendliness and willingness to please his customers. A very down to earth person. I finally got a smile out of him as he cleaned up afterwards. He wouldn't let me help at all. The room is beautiful!!!- Nelson C.

AWe have used Chem-Dry of Oakland many times at our Royal Oak home. Brian does the best job of all the different methods we have tried. Ours is an off-white cream color and because of the level of traffic plus a dog going in and out - it gets REALLY DIRTY! He makes it look as close to new as one could ever imagine. Previously, I've used steam/wet extraction and HOST Dry Extraction. This does better. He does better! Great price too. Trusted too.
