AMichigan's Best Deck BuildersThe owner, Aaron, captured our vision exactly and provided the crew to execute his plan perfectly. We couldn't have asked for two nicer guys than Mark and Jason - courteous, polite, friendly and hard workers! Sometimes, it was difficult getting through to Aaron and the job took a little longer than we anticipated, but the end result was well worth the wait! AFour Seasons Windows & RemodelingThe brand was Restorations Windows Systems. They do a lot of business here and I've seen a lot of their signs. They did a really excellent job. The president of the company apparently comes to each project, as they are finishing and then walks the neighborhood. That is how I got in contact with him because he walks the neighborhood looking for yucky old windows. He hands out flyers and talks to you. He was a very personable guy and worked out a good deal. They delivered in a very timely fashion and did a beautiful installation. It is a whole year later and everything works.- Kathryn S.

ATEMO Backyard LivingTEMO was referred to us by one of the pool companies that we bid for our pool and patio project. I called on a Tuesday and the salesperson was there on Wednesday. The initial bid was provided on the spot, in a very well laid out and detailed format, which I like. Within a few days, a measure and design person came to the house to do all of the exact measures, as ours was a custom job. Shortly thereafter, we got a full set of drawings, including a 3D rendering, which helped us visualize the project. We paid our deposit and got a commitment for installation within 3 weeks, which happened (I wish we had the same performance from the company we chose to do our pool!). The workmanship and quality of materials is excellent. We could not be happier with our experience with TEMO. We work with a lot of contractor companies. TEMO is one of the best.- Todd B.

ARenaissance RenovationsIt went excellent. I mean it was on time, it was what we all discussed and there was no problems whatsoever. The owner is named Ken and he'll sit down with you and go over everything. He will lay out a plan for you and add or take whatever you don't want out. He will keep whatever you come up with he will keep the price what he promised. It was all pretty cut and dry. I give him a 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10. Very good company to work with.- Michael C.

AMpm Buildersmike and his crew of nick, joe and robert were absolutely wonderful! they do great work. the only problem we had is the length it took...(3 1/2 months) though some of it was due to a hole in the roof that has been hard to find....(having a long hot and dry summer makes it harder) i beleive this is the fourth summer mike has done work on our house. we are already talking about what we want done next summer! mike is very trust worthy and we look forward to working with him again!- kathy s.

ANick and his associates did a fantastic job. We had some water damage caused by a poorly installed roofing / shingles. The damage took years to become evident. They corrected the water damage, and roofing issue. From removing the old rotting boards, to painting the replacements. Nick gave us an estimate on the repairs that he could see. The contract was a per hour + supplies bases, because of possible unknowns after the demo of the old. There was some additional work that needed to be done, but after completion, the estimate was pretty much on the money. I emailed Ion Construction through Angie's list on a Sunday, and on Thursday the project was completed. Based on this project that Ion Construction took on, I would recommend them highly. When another project comes along, I will defiantly contact Nick for an estimate. Thanks Nick!

AWhen my wife and I first decided to completely remodel our home several years ago, we planned to interview three architects. Michael was the first on our schedule, and as soon as he left our house, I told my wife there was no need to interview anyone else, so we cancelled the other two interviews. Michael’s presentation was not only professional, but also extremely customer-oriented, and his sincere desire to make our dreams come true was obvious within the first five minutes of our meeting, even though we had never undertaken anything of this scope before. I knew immediately that we could do no better than Architectural Resource, and we never regretted choosing Michael’s team to make our dreams come true. His approach is unsurpassed as he takes great care to understand what his customers want and then makes it his highest priority to achieve the goals along every step of the process. His adherence to selection of a builder early in the process as a “partner” (and not an afterthought) is also instrumental in the overall success of his projects. Three years after our remodel, we have decided to undertake a smaller remodel to our home, and there was never a question of working with anyone other than Michael again to continue our dream.
