AWeatherstone Property Inspections LLCCorey and Dan did a great job. We are in the process of buying a cottage home which is on a lake. Because of this, the home has a septic field and well. We had little knowledge about septic fields and wells. After initially talking to the owner, Matt, we both felt comfortable as Matt provided the comprehensive home inspection they offered including septic fields and wells. Corey and Dan arrived on time, were courteous, answered all our questions and provided a detailed report including photographs of all areas of the home. ADiscount Septic ServiceDiscount Septic Service did a outstanding job cleaning out my folks 2 tanks. The price was app $300 for up to the 1st 1000 gallons then $10 for each additional 100 gallons. Received a reminder call the day before (yeah!); the driver/operated Jason called to let us know when he was about 10 minutes away (double Yeah!) and was punctual(better than the cable folks). Jason was clean cut properly dress in a clean company uniform and had a professional attitude so he was a great representative for Discount Septic Services. Jason explained what he was going to do why he was perform the services in the order he was performing them. Just a great job all around. The only negative was the truck dripped oil on to a year old concert driveway- Mark R.

AEldred & SonsEldred & Sons installed a new septic field for the previous homeowners of our residence and at the same time, installed a diverter valve so we can switch between the new and old fields. Fast forward 8 years and while having our septic tank cleaned, the company recommended switching the field back to the old for a few months in order to rest the newer field. I attempted to locate the diverter valve myself however I was unsuccessful and so I called Eldred & Sons (Jason). Jason was always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He offered to stop by next time he was in Brighton and assist me in locating. Not only did he swing by within 7 days, but he located, switched the field over and explained how the system worked. I highly recommend Eldred & Sons and they obviously stand behind their work no matter long or who the homeowner is. I will use them again next time we need any septic service.- Mark L.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AExcellent. I called first thing in the morning and Dave was there within an hour. They worked all morning and I had water again in about 4 hours. I was not expecting such timely service on short notice. Dave is so friendly and answered all my questions turning a trial into a pleasure. A different Livingston County firm had done the original install and this experience was far superior. I would recommend Dave and Brighton Drilling to my friends and family.

AI hired D & J to clean my septic tanks, and in short they were fantastic. The technician who was on the job was knowledgeable, and very quickly identified that the last company that we had hired to clear our tanks did a poor job - he took time to explain what we found, and why he believed they did a poor job (yet in a way to not "bad mouth" another company, but to make sure we knew what was important to maintain our septic system properly). Then he went above and beyond and spent nearly 2 hours working to get our tanks cleaned out. He also gave some other advice to help maintain our septic system. The listed price was more than fair....but on top of that he did not charge anything extra for the additional service/work and advice. I will absolutely be using D & J for our future needs, no question. Hire them, you won't be disappointed.

CBesides Mark being soft spoken and hard to hear things were going as I expected. My wife and I were there with our baby. Mark came in to give us our report and payed no attention to our son. Upon moving towards us, he walks right into our 10 month old child and kicked him in the head with his shin. Thankfully our son is okay but Mark acted like it was no big deal and laughed it off while our son was screaming and very scared. When our well water needed to be retested, we were charged again... I wouldn't even be mad because that would be expected but after you kick my kid, I would expect some cost savings.

DThe quality of the basic system was good. The problems were with the owner/management. The job that was quoted at 5 to 7 days took 5 months. A wet spring added to that only a little. One delay after another and then he lied to me to get an advanced payment then disappeared. Had to bring in the Credit Card Company and lawyers to get him to finish. You would think that he would have a little respect for a $20,000+ job.
