AMitten Pest Control LLC.Excellent! I told Shane I was allergic to bees, so he suited up, removed the hot tub's access panel, sprayed, and removed the relatively large hive. He also removed a wasp's nest. Charged about 1/2 of other quotes. Fast, friendly service. Will definitely recommend to my friends, and use him again if necessary.- Charles A.

ABest Pest & Animal ControlI am very pleased with the timing of when they were able to show up to find the issue. They were able to find where the colony was located, sprayed and suggested repairs. They have been back to make sure the ants are gone and the area is repaired. DMy problem was never resolved. They may be a good service for pests, but not for bed bugs. They came out 3 times and the problem was never fixed. There were additional charges and when I asked to speak to someone with more authority, the salesperson never had anyone call me back. Their customer service is lacking. We invested over $600 and all the woman could say to me was that they would not guarantee the total removal unless we spent even more money. I asked if there could be some lesser charge because of what I had spent and there was no response.

AI went with this company because I realized I had bed bugs and was terrified. Tom (the owner) answered my call and was ready to treat my home immediately. He responded quickly to all my questions when preparing for the treatment. The heat treatment was thorough yet efficient and pics were sent proving the 140+ degree temperature in each room of my home. Treatment was Friday, October 11th and I'm still bed bug free!

AAfter receiving news that evidence of bats were found in our attic during a routine home inspection, I contacted Michigan Bat Control, and though I called later in the evening, I was given a consultation appointment for the next day! Joe and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and delivered excellent customer service! The issue was immediately identified and remediated with a high level of attention to detail.
