The cost and ways we could reduce the cost. On the day of the move, I was nothing else But very impressed as to the professionalism, punctuality and quickness of the this team. We had three large trucks with a large crew that Packed and Loaded all three trucks of our large home in 5 hours. They were impressive. They didn't complain at all about the stairs or about the rain!! My entire load arrived in one piece and was unloaded in a very timely manner. BMASS MoversIt went well. We appreciated the hard work and timeliness of everything. 2 movers came to help, one was a younger guy with less experience. He ended up being a little less careful than we would have liked and he could use some pointers on where to lift from/important structural aspects of furniture so that risk of damage to himself and property is deceased. (Not resting heavy furniture on 2 or fewer legs, or not lifting the heavy mattresses by the plastic protectors to ensure they don't rip, etc). Otherwise we were very pleased and very grateful for the help. We will be moving again in the next year and we will look to hire MASS Movers for moving help.- Jordan V.

AKingsley Moving Systems LLCI have moved 3 times and with different moving companies this was by far the best movers that I have ever had that were prompt, efficient, and well within the quoted time. I was not stressed at all about their work ethic or how they careful were moving and watching walls and floors. ABeginning with the first call to Kingsley, we were asked a series of questions to help them assess what resources they would need in order to move us. The questions alone helped us get started mentally organizing our actions packing and preparing. A price estimate was given and it was amazingly close to the actual cost. They followed up with a detailed list of how to prepare, recommendations for making things smoother (label items to clarify which room they go to, for example), what to expect and the list even addressed tipping the movers (yes, it’s OK!). There was no confirmation email or phone call 1-2 days prior, as many other companies/ retail stores/ delivery people do. As promised, on the day of the move, the guys and their truck arrived on time and asked for a walk through of the house to see exactly what was to be moved. We had the unique challenge to them of swapping out refrigerators and gas ranges, requiring them to go back and forth between the old and new homes, luckily only 1/2 mile apart. The workers then came up with an efficient solution to minimize their work and time for the swap. They moved 2 dining room tables and 12 chairs, a king bedroom set, golf clubs, bicycles, sofa bed, 2 massive wooden hutches, and many very heavy boxes. The entire job took 7 hours and they made sure we knew when they took 2 10-minute breaks. The workers answered every question we had during the move, were friendly and extremely hard-working, took delicate care of all our personal furniture and property and were enjoyable to work with. Their practice is to wrap furniture with plastic (like shrink-wrapping) that is likely to flop around or drawers to open. We loved that added protection. When they were nearly done, we ordered lunch from a local restaurant and treated them to the meal of their choice which they ate after leaving. It was a painless, great experience and we’ve already recommended Kingsley Moving Systems to friends and family.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AI have relocated with Moving APT before and always requested the same crew. This time, however, my favorite crew wasn’t available. They sent a different crew to help me move. This group of men wasn’t any worse than the others I had used before. If anything, they were better! They finished the pack and load process in no time at all. That was incredible. I’m starting to think that this company may have snatched all the good movers in USA and the other moving companies are stuck with the bad ones. I received the delivery on time and everything was in great condition. I couldn’t be any happier.
