Jason and Frank were easy to work with and their price was reasonable. They answered questions promptly and paid attention to our detailed requests. AWESLEY CONSTRUCTIONDave Chaffin is the most honest contractor you will ever deal with. After he built our pole barn I hired him to build a walkway from the pole barn to the back deck of our chalet. I also hired him to replace our drain field for the septic system. If there was a higher rating, I would have given it to him. I would highly recommend Wesley Construction .- Gary W.

AEnsure ServicesWorking with Brandon was great! The first job he did at my house was instal approx. 750 square feet of wood floors, which turned out beautifully. He was easy to work with, friendly, and met all the deadlines laid out. From there we knew we had our guy to help with all our projects! He installed trim around all the floors and windows, installed and grouted our tile backsplash, built a front porch and roofed it, to name a few. Brandon is also always available to help my husband and I when we are doing our own projects when we need a second opinion. I appreciate all the work he’s done so far and look forward to working with him on more projects in the future.- Heather F.

AMotor City BuildersMotor City helped us transform a lake front cottage into a family home. 900 Sqft of addition were added to the existing home. ~75% of the existing structure was demolished and rebuilt. The job required a lot of ingenuity and creativity. Dave and his crew helped us from the design phase through the building process making necessary adjustments through the life of the project. Stimson Tile & Design has been installing tile and remodeling bathrooms, kitchens and basements since 2005. We are not your typical contractor. We go above and beyond for our customers. We are accustomed to working in high end homes and we are very detail oriented. We are not the cheapest contractor but we do great quality work.

ANick and his associates did a fantastic job. We had some water damage caused by a poorly installed roofing / shingles. The damage took years to become evident. They corrected the water damage, and roofing issue. From removing the old rotting boards, to painting the replacements. Nick gave us an estimate on the repairs that he could see. The contract was a per hour + supplies bases, because of possible unknowns after the demo of the old. There was some additional work that needed to be done, but after completion, the estimate was pretty much on the money. I emailed Ion Construction through Angie's list on a Sunday, and on Thursday the project was completed. Based on this project that Ion Construction took on, I would recommend them highly. When another project comes along, I will defiantly contact Nick for an estimate. Thanks Nick!

CThe deck and wheelchair ramp are very well built, sturdy and attractive. Once construction was started it went up fast. I have no complaints about the time the whole process took as we were in the middle of the pandemic and I knew a lot of places weren’t open. There is a piece of siding that they had cut and left hanging that they won’t finish even after talking with Pete and the office. I was told that a service call would be set up but it’s been over a month. One of the two gates that went on the deck broke before being put up (one gate is at the top of the steps and one at the top of the wheelchair ramp) They didn’t tell us it had been broken, they took the broken gate back by our garage and set it near the recycling bin. I saw one of the guys take the wood down the driveway but thought it was a wood pallet. Lenny questioned us after putting up the one gate if we were sure we had wanted two gates even though I had discussed this with him in person and with Pete by text and phone. We paid for the two gates with cash but Lenny never offered to give back half the cash. They did bring a new gate a few days later. I feel that they lied by not telling us it broke and I may not have known if they had taken the evidence with them. I found out a week or so later when it was time to put the recycle bin out to the curb.

We are licensed through the state of Michigan, we carry $2 million liability insurance and full Workers Compensation insurance.

AThis is the second time I used Accurate Insulation. Both times it was when we had the room torn down to the studs. They did our Family Room in 2014, that has a crawl space underneath it, and that room stays warmer in the winter now. This Spring we had the Sunroom off our front deck done. It was torn down to the studs and they did the Ceiling, Walls and the Floor. Everytime I called they called me right back if they didn't answer and the crew showed up 7:00 on Saturday and they got done about 11:00/12:00. They were very professional and they had a lot of knowledge on their product. Answered all our questions and they cleaned up after the job was done.
