Not only did Go-Fer Girls clean my father-in-love's home, they prepared it for a visit for an appraiser. We needed to arrange for my him and my mother to be cared for at home and are seeking a reverse mortgage. The owner knew exactly what was needed to put prepare our home for such an inspection and for us to move back in. On top of that, we had two cats that caused some cleaning issues. The owner told me that not only will she clean the laundry room from their messes, they will not want to go back in there again. That was comforting. She had compassion for our desire to care for our parents at home. I hired her immediately.

My husband is a person who is very particular and did not have any complaints about this team of two ladies. (We needed two people because our house was so big, it would take two days to complete for one person.) My husband said that they were so thorough, one lady was using a toothpick to clean out crevices in the kitchen. The appraiser was impressed with the appearance of the home. And now, with the cats being cared for at our vet until we arrive, we know that house will be in ship shape when we move in. We would use her services again had it not been for her being located approximately two hours away from us here in White Pigeon, Michigan. But because of her compassion, she helped us out when we needed it on short notice......

Did not call back for several months.

She did nothing! It took several months to get a response from her. He email was "did you ever find someone to clean for you?"

I received a phone call from out of state concerning cleaning this ladies house. It was a friend of hers trying to help her out. The friend stated that she wanted me to go up and clean (Member name removed) house. I told her friend that I would go out of my way to get this done. I called (Member name removed) and we set up a time to meet and to find out what would help her the most. I arrived at her home but no one was home, I waited for about an hour and then left. Then I never heard from her again or her friend. I never cleaned this woman's house, but I do know that I spent two (2) hours in drive time and one (1) hour waiting for her and never got paid. Where her home is located in NOT in my work area, but as a favor to her friend I would try to help her. I don't know how she can rate me on cleaning when I did not clean. I am sorry that she feels that way but I can't be driving a hour to find no one at home. So I guess you could say that we where both frustrated witht this situation.

Two women come and clean my entire house. They move furniture to vacuum, pull out appliances, dust light fixtures... You name it they clean. They come to Gladwin every few weeks.

Came out to clean up after a nightmare flooring installation. My daughter has breathing issues and I needed someone to come in quickly and clean up all the wood dust and saw dust. They came in and cleaned the house from top to bottom.

They are wonderful. I still have them coming weekly to help keep our house dust free. My daughter has been breathing well ever since they started working with us. They are top-notch,

We have been using this service for about a year now. I'm a disabled woman, and this team not only cleans our house, they help organize our home in a manner that makes it easy for me to reach the things I need when I'm alone. We have used them for weekly cleaning, packing and unpacking my household when we moved last winter, they have bathed and groomed our dogs and been our house/pet sitters while we were on vacation. Very competitive rates to the area, worth every penny and then some!

I saw an ad for Go-Fer girls on Craigslist and called the owner.She came out to my house the next morning, gave me an estimate for what she would do for us and how much she would charge and gave us organization suggestions right on the spot. At first she and her co-worker came out to our house twice a week until all the rooms were organized, then once a week unless we had special projects we had for them. We bought a house in February and they cleaned the house we moved into, helped us sort and pack our belongings, helped us unpack and arrange furniture and other belongings, and clean out the old house before we put it on the market. They are a part of the family now, and anyone who is elderly or has a hard time getting around NEEDS this team!

Client contacted us regarding an estimate, which was handled and she was given a price. Work exceeded estimate and difference was charged. Client looked at business card incorrectly and got information on price from a different cleaning service which was explained to client when she questioned pricing. She was looking at prices for a different company not prices for Gopher Girls. Client decided to use another cheaper service.
